Bed was very comfortable. The hostel location is great. I really like that. And the restaurant part is amazing. They have so healthy and good food. With transportation tram 🚉 is very close to city center in 30 min. Como Lake is 40 min. Train is 7 min to hostel. We really liked the location.

I didnt like the toilets was very small. And together with shower. So if someone is going to shower. You can not use the toilet. The hygiene was not good. There is no napkin for face. Body lotion and conditioner is not available in the shower. The only thing they should fix. Otherwise everything is great.

The staff is amazing. Ibrahim maked sure my check-in was easy. Ange in the receptions is EXCEPTIONAL, aways with a smile and treating guests as friends. The room is confortable, the drawer under the bed helps with organization, the bed has a curtain and is very private. The space outside for a drink is nice. The bar has an amazing variety of both foods ( vegetarian as well ) and drinks where Valeria, Alessandro e the whole staff is always smiling and helping you out. I had a late night check-out and the reception was extremely police and helpful. The bus station is 2 min away and take you right to the center very easy.

The power went out so we didn't had hot water the whole day, and the room was a bit cold. But as soon as I talked with both Ibrahim and Ange in the reception, they were completely helpful to fix the situation.

Was a bit worried about location - since it's far from metro - but it appeared to be very good - trolleybus #92 goes directly to Milano Centrale and tram #2 goes to most of the sightseeing spots - the stop is just round the corner from the hostel, interval is every 10 min. Room is big enough, have enough hangers for clothes. Very convenient handle to climb to the upper bed. Bed is very clean and comfortable, have curtains and light and USB charger in addition to normal plug. Kitchen a bit small, but has all you need. Good Supermarket is just in front of the tram stop. Bathrooms have soap and enough toilet paper. Have a laundry nearby - round the corner - checked it put, but didn't use.

Sometimes the bathrooms were not clean after some guests - but that's not the hostel's fault - we need to learn to clean after ourselves.

Coffee was very good. Mornings in the garden were my favourite. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location not bad with variety of buses which would take you either to Milano Centrale or Duomo. The closest metro line was around 20 min walk, so if you want to do some steps, you have perfect opportunity to do it. In the neighbourhood variety of shops and cafes and restaurant.

In the kitchen, the place for drying dishes was a bit too small, so after the whole day all the dishes were there and barely fit which created a risk of them falling on the floor. Overall cleanliness was ok. I saw that cleaners were doing what they could to keep areas tidy. It was people who were staying there who didn't keep the proper standards.

-no hand towel in the bathroom, lack of hooks for towels in the bathroom -there was no hot water in the shower on the last two days of my stay (on the whole floor), but the staff was trying to resolve the issue -press tap in the bathroom sink and shower (I understand it is for the water conservation, but it does not allow for self regulating of the water flow and becomes annoying)

Classic hostel with shared rooms. The rooms are for 4-8 people and some of them are with the bathroom right in the room, which is also nice. The reception works 24/7. Location is OK, about 15 minutes to the nearest metro station (yellow line - Dergano) and 5 minutes from the train station (Milano Bovisa-Politecnico) and around 5 minutes to a big supermarket (Tigros). Staff at the reception was nice and friendly (I would suggest more clear instructions where the reception is located - you have to go to a bar, which is not so intuitive). There is also a bar for drinks and some food.

There could be a little shelf next to the bed for personal items, otherwise everything was great.

It's super clean and full of privacy for each bed due to advantage of curtains which I have never seen before which give to you feeling of being in separate bed not a mixed room, luggage space was good and enough as I was having one big bag & small trolley bag , the best bed is the seventh bed as you will be alone with 2 empty luggage space, bathroom was super clean with daily cleaning with offering shampoo, soap & towels, even if you want to borrow key lock for free they are offering the same!!! , also it's very safe as they are having good security system, kitchen was having all facilities

Location is having a lot of public transportation but still it's far from city center & needs almost 45 minutes to reach it from anywhere, stuff were not flexible for a little bit

the room looked beautiful and clean, the bathroom also was clean had a soap and shampoo, the toilet had some problem everytime when flashing the water was getting out and making the floor wet. they had really beautiful bar and networking area and the stuff overall was very nice.

There is no metro or many buses to get to the city center; you need to take a train to the center, and with online-bought ATM tickets, the train station machines are mostly not working, so most of the time you have a problem getting in or coming out of the station, but overall there are a lot of trains going to the center. The location is not central and doesn't look like a clean and beautiful part of the city. If you are looking for a beautiful location, this is not it. They also don't have many breakfast and lunch options; they have more like a nice and beautiful bar where people work or just chill. The locker was very dirty when I opened it to put my stuff.

The rooms are really well cared for in every detail and pleasant to live in. Open plan and the dining/breakfast room is a very cool space with interesting books and artwork. The whole facility is new and the bathrooms are very good. They have everything you need. The beds are comfortable, and they come with very useful features that you hardly ever find anywhere else, i.e. curtains, drawers with keys, phone socket and internet always accessible.

It is located in a not exactly beautiful part of Milan, accessible but not too well connected by transport compared to many other parts of Milan. The room door was slamming and the noise could not be muffled. The ventilation in the rooms could be rethought for a moment.

Stayed in a 6 bed female room. Beds were comfy, good size with, dark curtain, usb, socket, light and a plastic holder. Locker was a drawer under bed. Hostel provided a lock with key. Overall rooms were clean and plenty space for 6 to move around. Had a bathroom in the room too.

Water came out the toilet each time it was flushed. Shower bit small and as it was fixed up high unable to move it lower. No where to hang towel. 2 hooks in bathroom, one right above the toilet paper, not good or hygienic. Shower cubicle leaked water. one of the external bathrooms in main corridor, had water all over the floor, I assume from the shower cubicle not fitting properly.
