+great location near bus and metro stations; +the staff were really helpful and considerate!!!! +our room had a nice view +the room was spacious with it's own bathroom + really hot water ✨

-everything can be heard, our neighbours were making love two consecutive nights till 1am and they could be heard from the stairs and it's like there are holes in the walls.... (we ended up complaining and the receptionist came to our rescue) so be prepared for everything to be heard and known. -the room itself was a bit dusty (the nightstands even) and the sheets had some residues -the showers need fixing (the drains get clogged quickly and make the water spill outside the shower)

Everything was nice and clean. The staff was super nice and polite. Great location, you have metro and a bus stop right next to the hotel. There are also markets and cafes really close. Overall, if you l are looking for more affordable hotel in milan this is the perfect one for you. If i go to milan again i will stay at this hotel again for sure

The hotel situated very close to metro station and you could reach center and train station by metro in 15-20 minutes. There is a huge supermarket nearby. Very quiet area of the city. The staff very helpful, our room was upgraded to a better one without any extra charge. The coffee served at breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and clean , on the second day of our stay, the room was cleaned.

The bathroom becomes a lake if you take a shower . Wifi disappearing from time to time.

The location is very good, walking distance to metro station and supermarket, the staff were very friendly and very helpful, they helped me get a taxi whenever i needed one and they helped me check in earlier when they had the room ready, and they were very welcoming.

They cleaned our room everyday and never took anything away, the staff at the reception were great especially one big guy, he’s fantastic so calm and welcoming. I highly recommend the place

It might not be them but I am currently getting medication, my skin just had a break out after my Italy trip and I’m thinking they are bed bugs that caused this but we didn’t see any though 🙂

Good hotel for its price. Wonderful location near metro station and big supermarket. Good room size and bed.

I had problem with lightening in a bath, it was broken and I asked to change it but I was told that they can't do it now, but the next day it was still broken.

I stayed already the second time in this hotel and I was satisfied. I would recommend it to the other customers. Very friendly people and a great location. It is very close to the center.

Friendly and comfortable hotel only 10 minutes by direct Metro Line from the Central Station. Many pleasant and affordable eating places nearby. Excellent value for money.

Would have preferred wider bed with extra pillow. Otherwise no complaints

The room was larger than expected, and we got an extra bed! The staff was very nice and we could check in at 1AM after our flight, thanks to the 24 hour desk.

The wifi didn't work most of the time, and the walls were quite thin.

To be honset, I was a bit concerned when I was reading the comments on booking and Google maps. However the hotel was great - near a underground station, quite at night and provides enough facilities as well as shampoo & soap. It is definitly worth of its price.
