The flat was very nicely kitted out. Had almost everything you need for a short stay. It was toasty and warm, sometimes a little too warm, but the radiator valves were easily adjusted to compensate. Each room had AC but as we were in mid December we didn't need to use it! The bathroom was very nice indeed and the mini toiletry kit was very helpful and thoughtful. The beds were comfortable and though we didn't use it the sofa in the lounge was a pull out bed as well and looked ok. The building itself was off a private courtyard which meant it was pretty quiet at night. You can hear the trams going past but it wasn't particularly loud and less frequent in the night hours anyhow.. The #4 trams stopped 100m from the front door and provided an easy route directly into the center of Milan (30 mins), and there's a bus that runs from/to and from the central bus station (#42) regularly as well. There's a co-op 50m down the road along with a number of Tabbachi and coffee shops within a short walking distance and a large park (Parc Nord) very close by as well. The hosts were extremely helpful answering questions via WhatsApp and booking.com messaging in English along with being around in person for the other flats they own and maintain in the complex. They provided travel and food recommendations which were great. All in all a great little place to stay for a city break in Milan.

There are a few things that were a little annoying about the flat but very minor. There were no bins/trash cans in any of the rooms not even the bathroom - the only one was a small one beneath the sink in the kitchen area. We ran out of coffee pods quickly, but the hosts provided that and toilet roll when we let them know we were out, so kudos to them. There's only one sofa so for our group of 4 people it's not easy to sit comfortably and chat. We used the dining chairs which worked but not so comfy. As I said.... Minor items

It was very clean and comfortable. A very comfortable bed and excellent shower and bathroom. The hosts Domenico and Fabio were incredible, they gave you the feeling that they would do everything to make your stay enjoyable. They provided a lot of useful local information. The location was outside of the centre but connected by tram to the historic centre of Milan. There is a good supermarket 2 mins walk from the apartment.

The TV is set up for Italian language programmes which we didn’t miss but others might during their stay. it might not suit families as the sound of revelry from adjoining rooms could disturb your sleep!

Everything was just perfect. The apartment itself very modern and cosy, equipped with everything that is necessary for the family, cooking, dining and cleaning. We used with joy both dishwasher and washing machine. We arrived just when the heat has started, so used air conditioning as well. Works perfectly! We used the paid parking that is inside! In the area there is a Coop market and tabaccheria for buying city tickets. There is a perfect connection with the center both with tram and bus. No need to use the car. Domenico and his brother were really marvellous supporting us with all the information about attractions, restaurants and everything else we asked for, both very engaged in helping. I will surely return there soon!

I stayed too short!

Check-in was easy. Contacted the person a few minutes before arrival and could find him easily. The flat was clean and spacious. Aircon was new and easy to set to a comfortable temperature. I'm not sure if there were guests in the apartments next to us but it was very quiet. We could only here the tram from time-to-time. There is private parking in a gated courtyard but like mentioned below, there is an extra fee to it.

There are additional fees for arriving after 8pm or parking in the courtyard, for example. So you end up paying more than what you see as the room price in Booking.com. We used the apartment as a stop-over and for that it was perfect but it's not particularly central for those who want to use it for sightseeing.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment during my vacation in Milan. The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The staff were extremely professional, helpful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. The apartment is very safe, which gave me peace of mind, especially as a traveler. I truly appreciated the comfort and security the place provided. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Milan. I would definitely come back again!

Nothing

We loved this place because it added multiple positives to our trip: (a) it is well-located thanks to the tram going directly to the city center, (b) it is slightly away from the touristic areas what gives you an opportunity to experience a true Milan life and Italian people (e.g. we loved the Sicilian bakery across the street or family-style pizzeria around the corner) and, of course, (c) the apartment itself is very clean and cosy. The parking onsite is paid, however, you can find free parking at surrounding streets. Also be aware of the late check-in fee.

Everything was very positive and created a great holiday for us. The only niggle was a smoker who stayed in the beneath apartment and, I think, they did smoke inside despite the forbiddance.

The hosts were lovely and very accomodating. Happy to share local information.

Sofa beds weren't the most comfortable. Hosts needed a photo of all our passport photos which I didn't think was necessary.

The apartment is very nice, spacious and comfortable. The center can be easily reached by tram that runs along the street. If you are driving, there is a supermarket nearby with free parking.

The couch in the living room is hard and a bit uncomfortable to sleep on (kills). Behind the apartment in the yard, another building is under construction. As we were February 8-11, 2023, but this does not depend on the owner. In the apartment, it became cool in the evening when the heating stopped between 8 and 12 p.m. otherwise it was warm. Everything about him was fantastic.

The host Domenico was a super nice and helpful. He welcomed us and showed all details about the apartment and several attractions in Milano. The apartment is clean and has private parking (with charges 15 Euro a day) picture added. The apartment is within closed area which provides privacy and security. Kitchen provided with all needed equipment and there is a washing machine. Bakery, Gregory and tram station all near with short walking distance. Easy to get to several shopping area and fantastic outlet.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, it has everything you need, the owners (two brothers) were very friendly and helpful, they even helped moving our luggage and provided useful suggestions for activities during our stay. The location was outside city center by around 20 to 25 minute using three trams. The location was perfect for me as I had my own rented car and was moving to other destinations like lake como and outlets. And it will be extremely difficult to stay at the city center if you are driving

The neighbors might be noisy and we used to hear them laughing, coughing and moving chairs up to 11pm
