It was easy enough to get to the hotel by public transport, the tram near Cadorna train station took about half an hour and the Via Ornato stop was only a few minutes walk from the hotel. There was a 24 hour reception so I appreciated that I was able to check in when I arrived after 11pm following a late flight. I hadn't booked breakfast beforehand but it was no issue to add it to my payment when I arrived. The room was small but all I needed for a one night stay, with ensuite bathroom. The breakfast was buffet style with plenty of options of cereals, breads and pastries, including vegan options like soya milk for tea and coffee.

There wasn't much soundproofing in the area of the hotel I was in, so it was quite loud with anyone passing in the corridor or outside, but I had earplugs with me so it wasn't such an issue for me. It was quite far from the city center, especially when travelling late at night.

The place was quiet and good value for your money, you can go to the city center by the tram that it outside for like 10-15 minutes, it doesnt rlly have a view or the room i was in didnt at least so if thats what you are looking for its not for you. It was very comfortable tho, the bed and the shower had good pressure. The staff was friendly and helpful with every question that we had, especially the reception. There was one of them with curly hair i belive his name was giovani? He was friendly and nice.

I liked how friendly the staff was. They were more than happy to help around the clock and i felt very good talking to everyone. The room was good,it was small but it wasnt an issue for me. The wifi was indeed super fast which was good.

I didnt like how ambiguous the free breakfast situation was. Originally when i booked i had the option to have a free breakfast. Later on that option dissappeared from my booking,i do not know why. The staff told me that i had the option for a free breakfast on any day i choose (only one as described). I had it the next morning yet when i checked out i was asked to pay for it.

Tram stop right outside A few nice local restaurants a stones throw away. The hotel is a Very reasonable price for Milan and worth the 25min tram ride in my opinion, rather than paying double if not more to stay in Milan! Breakfast good value for money! Staff friendly Rooms spacious but basic, beds were comfortable.

Yes the walls are thin and you can hear some noise from outside and the corridors, but after a long day exploring Milan, as soon as my head hit the pillow an elephant couldn’t wake me so maybe if you a light sleeper ear plugs would help you.

The hotel was perfect. The amenities the hotel offers are pretty valuable for the money you pay! Also they upgraded our room which is something we really appreciate.The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist Jessica helped us a lot, regardless our requests and questions. The breakfast for a 3-star hotel was top notch.Furthermore, the distance from the hotel to the central Milano isn’t walkable but there is a train next to the hotel, so if you aren’t planning to rent a car, you can check the train schedules so you can move around.In conclusion, me and my friends are 100% recommend this hotel for your trip in Milano and it’s definitely revisitable.

The ventilation in the bathroom wasn’t so good but it wasn’t something that ruined our stay.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, I was surprised. They helped me figure out how to get to MXP airport from Central Milan, and worked with me since my flight had gotten cancelled the day I was supposed to arrive. I have been to a lot of different hotels around Europe and I can definitely say this one is one of the best for it's money. I did not get the staff members names but many thanks to them and I appreciate their efforts very much.

Only drawback I have for this hotel was it is was a little confusing to find the 400's and the toilet is a little too close to the shower which made it a little hard to be comfy (I am tall and not blaming the staff). 10/10 would book again👍

I loved the location & breakfast - great value for money. The man I met at reception on arrival was very helpful & I appreciate it. The rail option right outside Hotel Milano takes you to Duomo Cathedral - really special trip I highly recommend.

I missed tea & coffee facilities in the room but there is a good selection of food & drink options near reception & in the large local store. There is a very good Italian pizza restaurant close too - great food & value.

The hotel was good overall. However, our expectations were slightly higher, especially after visiting other hotels from the same chain. The rooms had few damages on the furniture and visible aging in the bathroom. The location was good, very close to the tram station, which made it easy for us to get around the city. Another positive side, the staff was very polite, helpful, and always available to answer any questions we had.

It was a kind of cost wise room, although a bit less clean than excepted. Breakfast was decent, but the room could be cleaner. Overall, the staff was pretty polite and helpful.

The clean service staff was very annoying, they were hitting the door all day, although he were continuously mentioning we are inside the room and we do not need them to clear it. Also, the rooms were very noisy, because at the same time a school was invited in the hotel and they were really annoying for our sleep. Breakfast was decent, but the room could be cleaner.
