To reach this appartment : Once you have arrived at Milan Central Station, take the Metro M3 yellow line to Comasina and get off at the "Zara" stop; from here take the M5 in the direction of Bignami and get off at the "Ca'Granda" stop, which is a 5-minute walk from our facility. We recommend taking a taxi if you have heavy luggage. Tickets for ATM public transport can be purchased from machines in the underground or from newsagents and tobacconists. The young lady at the reception is so friendly and amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is decent.

There are not many good nearby restaurants, and it would be helpful to provide this info for visitors to be aware and plan ahead.

We stayed at 3 bdr apartment, its very big (with this size, the price was excellent)….have 2 big balconies and all facilities are very clean only 5mnts walking to Metro Station and not that far to go to Central, Duomo or other main station Also close to Big Carefour

We’ve been informed that there will be a city tax and cleaning fee. The city tax was supposed to be €3.50 per person per night, but when we checked in, the receptionist said since april it is €6.90 per person per night We haven’t received any prior message regarding this, and the total billing on Booking.com did not show such a large amount. We should have been informed about this earlier. However, the receptionist lady was very nice and patient in explaining the situation to us. Since we were unhappy about the city tax being which almost double what we were initially told, she kindly waived the cleaning fee.

The room was spacious (although a different bed arrangement might have made it more functional). It had a large balcony and a well-equipped kitchenette (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, all necessary dishes). Everything was clean (cleaning service every other day – towels and bed linens were changed, and the room was thoroughly cleaned). For longer stays (we stayed for 10 nights), there is a €9 fee for final cleaning. The air conditioning worked well. The property is a bit far from the city center but close to a metro station. Nearby, there are shops (Carrefour, EuroSpin), a pizzeria, a bakery, and a pastry shop/gelateria.

We didn’t find any major downsides. 😊

Noise from apartment above ours for last 2 night's of our stay late at night, spoke to reception but because they leave at 9pm and don't arrive until next morning the group responsible in the room had left to go out for the day ! Struggled to get to sleep which is not good when your spending the day walking around milan with students. Also the apartment would be nice if it had a few pictures on the walls and not just plain white 🙂. Tried to have a bath but couldn't get the plug to stay down. Asked for more rubbish bags as there was 6 of us in the room but reception didn't have any so had to use carrier bags.

Our room was large and clean. The bed was probably the most comfortable thing we’ve slept on throughout our travels in Europe so far. Kitchen was well equipped with stovetop, kettle and dishwasher, albeit no microwave or oven. Location was a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro which can get you to the city centre in 20 minutes.

We were unaware of a cleaning fee that you had to pay on top of the city tax. This is not advertised on the property through booking.com. For a 6 night stay we had to pay an additional €15 for cleaning which really only included new towels and a made bed every second day.

The apartment was very nice - spacious, comfortable and well equipped. There is a reception, which is very useful if you need any information. The parking is great (easy to park and you get a control of the garage door so you can get in and out as you please). It costs €15,00 per day. It was also close to the subway (about 5 min walk), which made it easy to get around.

The only note we have is that the apartment was very hot, and adjusting the settings didn't seem to do anything. We had to leave the balcony door open (and our stay was during the winter).

Superb value - what a find! So convenient for getting to the centre of Milan without paying sky-high prices Staff - everyone who worked there was friendly, however the lady on reception on the 8th of May for check in was an absolute star! So helpful, friendly and always polite. Thank you! The apartment was great, being exceptionally spacious and comfortable. Having a balcony was a nice bonus. The whole apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean and felt well cared for.

There was not much to dislike, however kitchen/tea towels would be useful! We also struggled without access to a proper coffee machine! The traffic noise at times was very loud, even late at night, although I do accept Milan is a very busy city.

Very new. Good location, close to Ca' Granda metro station. Cozy, spacious. The building has an elevator. Nice kitchen and comfortable bedroom. The apartment also has a big balcony. Worth it!

The radiator in the bedroom (or whatever those heaters were) was too loud. Temperature of the apartment was between 20-21°C and could not be adjusted. For me however that was ok.

The room was a lovely size and the bedroom too. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. The kitchen area was well equipped.

The pillows were extremely hard. They need replacing. The whole apartment was very warm and there were no instructions on how to alter the settings on the radiators. The first night was just too hot! When we asked reception the following day we were able to turn them down but instructions in the room would have been good!
