Where do I even start? The staff were nothing but amazing and genuinely sweet and kind hearted hosts. The location was the perfect spot, close to the metro and underground and very close to shops and restaurants too and it’s just a 20-25 min walk to Milano Centrale which was a cherry on top. The room was clean and smelt fresh and even the bathroom was immaculate. Even the breakfast was amazing, my expectations were really low reading the reviews before my visit but honestly the B and B blew me away. The breakfast was amazing especially with the plethora of amazing top high quality croissants they had on offer.

Nice place for a short stay, good value for the money, the owners were nice towards us, gave us a room with a separate spacious bathroom although we had a shared one in the reservation. Convenient location - next to metro station, you can get in less than 30 minutes to Milan Centrale. Also they gave us the breakfast like take-away because we had to catch a plane early in the morning. Thanks :)

The room was perfect and it exceeded our expectations. It was clean, it had everything you need.

The breakfast was more of a booking clickbait. It was just a very unexciting croissant with some yoghurt. It felt like they wanted to put “breakfast included” on booking, and just provided the cheapest thing that would qualify as breakfast. But even if it didn’t have the breakfast it was a good value for the money.

The location was close to the metro station. The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. Though instead of just a croissant, bread, jam and butter could have been provided. ( Of course this is my personal opinion). The size of the room was quite big.

No elevators to the upper floors, hence taking heavy luggage would be a problem. But the receptionist was kind enough to help us in carrying the luggage for us.

Nice place, cheap but clean, friendly and helpful stuff. I heard a lot of bad opinions about this place, but I don't know why. Rooms were cleaned every day, breakfast also good (crossaint and yoghurt, light and sweet italian breakfast). Fine b&b, enough to stop in on the road ;)

The only thing to complain about is the method of payment - Booking asks for the card number as an "insurance" but they ask to pay when we arrived on place anyway. We got a recieve, so it's ok, but it was really confusing.

- Most helpful, convivial and cheerful staff, carefully explained and advised about transport on the map, available free of charge at reception. - Location 5 min walk from Istria metro station. 3-day ticket (3 calendar days) covering all public transport: €13 ! - Hotel car park available at €10/night. - Street car parking: payment needed from 8.00 to 13.00, chargeable at parking metre at Piazzale Istria, €6/5 hrs, €1.20/hr. None of our foreign bank cards worked for the payment, but coin payment was very quick and simple. - Spacious, sunny, clean 2nd floor room, slept with shutters closed but window open - no mosquitoes (early September). A net curtain would be useful in the summer (while undressing). - Closed shower cabin - no water escapes!

- Wash-basin too small - water inevitably splashes to the floor. - No amenities to hang clothes - it is not convenient to always use the wardrobe in the bedroom and the radiator in the bathroom. A few hooks are needed on the walls, perhaps a 2nd chair. - Toilet seat broken, sliding: needs to be fixed (rm 206). - Sparse breakfast (just croissant, yoghurt and fruit juice), but wonderful coffee!

The room was very good and it was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and it was a good time at the hotel. Additionally the metro line is very nearby so the location was too good to find out. So I would love to recommend and really feel valued for the money.

Actually nothing went wrong so everything was fine.

The appartment was very clean and it had everything that i was told in the description! We were especially very happy with the breakfast and with the guys that own it!! They did everything in their power to make us feel welcomed and like we where at home. I would definitely recommend it for everyone ita a beautiful place to stay

Don't expect any luxury, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. If you looking for cheap accommodation just for sleeping, that's the good choice. Staff is very kind and helpful. In need you can leave the baggage before check in. For breakfast we get croissant, jogurt and juice (pear/orange). At reception you can ask for coffee.

There was no response on my messages via booking. I had some payment issues... However I paid that at check in on reception. (You can pay by debit/credit card or cash). So prepayment no needed.

Staff was friendly. The room was really good, even though it’s summer and it’s hot (thank to the air machine in our room). Breakfast was good too: coffee, croissants, yoghurt, orange juice [in a box]). Our room and the toilet were clean.

Honestly I do not understand the critics to this establishment. But I get some things: people were dirty, we noticed in the breakfast area that people wouldn’t even throw away their trash, they’d just leave it in the table. Maybe this clients should do a little effort regarding the others.
