Apartment was clean and modern with large balcony. Restaurants close by and short walk to metro.

Check-in process very long winded and unclear - left us waiting outside without entry instructions and no answer on phones.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was very good to relax after long trip and flight. It's 17 mins travel by metro to Duomo, 15 mins to the supermarket, you can cook, relax, sleep there, watch tv. Rooms are big and easy and comfortable fit two people. Shutout to the staff! Very friendly, helpful, response quickly & speaks great english!

It would be a little bit more equiped - some hanger in the corridor, shelf in the shower, better matress but these are details. Consider thatyou can enter bathroom from the sleeping room which means that if you are shy with the bathroom stuff, might be difficult, especially at night :)

The location was convenient to the local grocery and metro. The rooms were nice, and the water was hot and had good pressure. The air conditioner was better than any other store or restaurant in the city.

Our big apartment had plenty of beds, but they were all out in the open. If one of them had been in a separate room, it would have been much more comfortable. The air conditioner was much better than any other location visited while in Italy, but was locked to 23 Celsius, and we would have liked to be able to turn it down a bit lower, especially for sleep after long days of walking.

Excellent, I did not expect that for such a low price it would be so convenient. It is easy to get the key, a big plus is that the reception is open until 20 00 or 21:00, you can contact them with any questions. This is a mini apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. In the kitchen there is a microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator. It was very convenient that you can buy coffee capsules from the machine. There is salt, sugar. Everything is clean.The metro is not far, 7 or 8 minutes on foot.

The only downside is that the area is not a safe place, I don't recommend walking at night or returning in the eveningIt's better to call a taxi to avoid problems on the street.

Clean, good value for traveling with a group. We had two apartments.

The intercom to enter was a bit confusing. And upon arriving pretty late in the evening our email telling us which apartments we had was wrong leading to trying to enter one apartment that was already occupied. And when I called, the woman I spoke with was not very friendly or apologetic about something that was their mix up. We had four people sharing each apartment and the pull out couch opened right inside the kitchen not leaving much space to walk through.

I really liked my stay here! The location is very convenient, as it's not far from the central train station and close to a supermarket, which made things really easy. The place itself is clean and well-maintained, and I especially appreciated the private space it offers. It was a comfortable and peaceful stay, and I also liked that they have a bar on-site. Overall, a great spot if you're looking for convenience and privacy!

There were too many bugs and flying insects, which made it uncomfortable. It didn’t seem like they had proper pest control in place.

We had a very nice stay at Casa da Suite Mirabello. The apartment was nice and spacious. I was expecting 2 bedrooms but it was one bedroom and one room on the mezzanine which was absolutely fine. The apartment was overall pretty clean though it did smell of mold. I think this is simply due to the weather being super hot and humid, not much you can do about it and honestly it was not that bad. They appliances were great and the beds were comfortable. I got very scared after booking because I saw lots of bad reviews that had been posted the day I booked or the day after I booked our stay. Turns out most of them were complaining about the check-in being complicated and the deposit. I think a lot of people don't pay attention or read everything properly. It is stated on the Booking.com page that there is a 200eur deposit you need to pay and that will be returned (I received mine less than a week after we checked-out). There is a whole procedure for the check-in where you need to send photos of you ID which makes sense and is for safety issue. I understand that if you wait until you are at the gate to do this, it will be a pain but if you are actually proactive and read your emails, it's not a problem. We had done the whoe, procedure the day before we arrived and had received the codes to enter the day of. It was completely fine. The only moment where we were unsure was to get into the actual building because we didn't understand at first that we needed to press two buttons at the same time but we eventually figured it out and everything was fine.

Slightly off the main touristy area but still accessible via Metro through a 5-10 minute walk. Wouldn't be a problem unless you have a lot of luggage and/or young family.

Facilities provided are suitable for short stay for work including washing machine / dryer in common area. The room are spacious and look new/modern. There was coffee machine which worked with capsule and spacious refrigerator. There was Elevator & the room equipped with AC.

It's difficult to locate the entrance in the first place, location is not exactly as mentioned in the booking.com as it's complex buildings, better communication to the client will be help. Location is a bit far from supermarkets or grocery stores. A little noise from train tracks is somewhat annoying but will be used to. There was no soap/shampoo in the room, have to be prepared.

The location is great, the center of the city is easily reachable by the subway for ~20min, and the metro station is just 5-10mins by foot away from the building. The apartments have all the facilities needed for a normal few-days stay, it's warm and cosy, and the rooms are easily accessible by the lift in the buildings. There was an issue with one of the lifts before our arrival, and we received a new room in the other building without any extra costs, which was super nice by the staff and we really appreciate it :)

The sofa beds are quite uncomfortable, and make a typical noise when you turn quite a lot during the night. Especially if you're a heavy person or a couple, the sofa beds are not the best option. Apart from that, the normal beds are comfortable and we don't have any other complaints :)
