less than 100m to both Affori metro and train station. Cafe and supermarket located very close to the apartments too!

check in process was a bit temperamental. Had no direct contact on the booking.com app, it was all through whatsapp and they only had specific hours they were contactable.

Modern and clean apartment and the building felt secure as you need a code to get in the front gate. Nice café located underneath the building and metro station just across the road

A little distant from the centre (though easy to get there on the metro), we were woken up by some noise from the neighbours on one of the nights

The location is great - metro station entrance a few steps away Cute little coffee shop right next door and a grocery store a short walk away around the corner.

A little noisy at times but didn’t affect our ability to sleep at an appropriate time.

Dear friends, This accommodation would be rated with the highest rating. The location at the entrance to the yellow metro line allows you to be in the center of Milan in 9 minutes (we measured the time to Duomo). The apartment is modernly designed, very neat and clean, everything is very functional: air conditioning, hot water, dishwasher, TV, and even the Internet. Lots of towels too, and the bedding and pillows are very good quality and clean. In other words, the owners have removed almost all the objections made by other users in the past. City noise is normal for city life, and the cafe-pizzeria on the ground floor fills everything around with a rich scent of fresh espresso. There were no surprises about prices and payments. A true recommendation. And a big thank you to the owner.

Great location in a nice neighbourhood with a lot of good places to eat. There’s a bakery and a supermarket, just a minute away. The apartments were okay. Good deal for the price you pay. 😊

it makes you feel safe. there’s a code to open the outdoor gate then its in the back. i was on too floor. another key to get in and a lock. i felt like no one would try to get in there. i rented a car and paid for private garage space. the landlord gave me a gate key. it was nice that I didn’t have to search for parking every time I came home. right downstairs in the same building there was a cafe where you can get breakfast and cappuccino. the subway was directly in front of the building- only a 9 minute subway ride to the duomo or central train station. there was a gas station like 50 feet away for those who drive. there was also a supermarket 50 feet to the other direction. it literally was a perfect place to stay. it had everything you could possibly need nearby.

apt had all the amenities except for a safe. i would have liked that.

it was a cool location and nice inside, very simple and sleek design. I liked how the card turned on the lights.

I would’ve liked a second card since there were two people staying in the room. also one of the pillows had what appeared to be a blood stain on it, I wish there were pillow cases on the pillows or fresh pillows.

Overall very comfortable and modern space for a couple. Amazing location next to the tube station, just 17 minutes away from Duomo zone 1. I would definitely book again if I d go to Milan again.

Excellent location, near the metro station, supermarket and bakery. The flat was nice and cozy, it had everything necessary for a short stay.
