The location is fantastic; it's a two-minute walk from the Metro station and a ten-minute walk from Piazza Duomo. It is also very quiet despite being in the city center. We had a room on the first floor and nothing ever disturbed us. The room was very clean, and the young lady at the front desk exceptionally polite and helpful.

The room had somewhat poor ventilation so we occasionally had to open the window to refresh the air. That's not much of a problem in Milan since the whole city smells either of expensive perfume or jasmine and greenery, depending on where you are. The price was somewhat high at 415 euros for a first-floor normal double room.

Montenapoleone Suites is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Milan. The location is fantastic—just a five-minute walk from the main shopping streets and about a ten-minute walk to the Duomo. I chose this hotel because I was attending a conference at the University of Milan, and it was conveniently close. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with a Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee capsules, a mini-fridge stocked with free soft drinks, and small packaged croissants with Nutella and jam. While the shower could have been a bit more luxurious and some extra storage space in the room would have been nice, overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. The best aspects of this hotel are definitely its central location and the great value for the price. I also want to highlight their excellent taxi service—they arranged a ride to the airport for us, and the driver, Domingo from MilanoTransfer.it, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He even picked us up in a spacious van, despite there being only two of us, which made for a very comfortable ride. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Milan!

It was a bigger room than expected with a huge, comfy bed and a nice bathroom with Molton Brown shower gels and shampoo, which was a nice touch! Spotlessly clean room. We were able to walk to explore the Duomo in less than 15 mins and stay in a nice quiet area which felt safe. We walked for breakfast at Princi bakery only 6 minutes away on our first morning in Milan and picked amazing fresh croissants. The hotel also provided some prewrapped croissants in the room which were handy for the next morning when we had an early start to meet a tour group.

Just a small thing - would have preferred an electric kettle in the room for making tea, rather than just a coffee machine.

I can't emphasize enough how perfect the location is—truly unbeatable! Nestled in a prime area, it made exploring the city so convenient, with many attractions just a short walk away. The staff at the hotel were fantastic; they were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. It really added to the welcoming atmosphere. Despite being in a vibrant city, the hotel itself felt surprisingly quiet, providing a peaceful space after a day of sightseeing.

We visited during Fashion Week, so I understand that pricing was likely at a premium. Overall, our stay in the Valentino Suite was wonderful, but I did notice a couple of areas for improvement. The room could benefit from better storage options, as there were no drawers for organizing our belongings. Additionally, the area for the above-ground hot tub felt a bit outdated and could use some updates. These are minor points, though, and certainly not worth complaining about. We would simply choose a different room next time, and we would absolutely stay here again!

In excellent location close to shops. They had tea and coffee making facilities and even biscuits and breakfast things complementary which was really nice.

We were in a building next door to the main Suites The locking system to get into and out of the doors was frustrating as it took several goes to get it to lock. Maybe once you get the hang of it it may be better but we were there 3 days and still had trouble. You also need a key to get out the main door that gets locked each night as it seemed to be in a residents building so no 24 hour reception in that area. Cleaning could be a little better, floors need a good clean especially around the edges but bathrooms were spotless.

This is my second time staying here and my experience has been consistently outstanding. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring my needs are met. The spacious rooms are a huge plus, with generous bathrooms that don't skimp on space. What really sets this place apart, though, is the tasteful and stylish decor which strikes a perfect balance between modern chic and warm homeliness. This unique atmosphere makes each stay feel special. With two wonderful experiences under my belt, I will definitely be booking here again for my third visit, and likely many more after that. Highly recommended for a consistently great stay!

The air conditioning system does need urgent attention or possibly an overhaul. This was a recurring issue across both of my stays. The hotel staff did attempt to mitigate the problem by providing me with two fans, which I appreciate. However, the room was still uncomfortably warm. Despite this issue, my overall experiences have been largely positive and I fully intend to return next year. I trust that by then, these air conditioning issues will be addressed and resolved.

This hotel was just perfect for our first trip to Milan. We were greeted by friendly staff. They were so helpful, even bringing me ice for a knee injury. The room was so comfortable, very spacious (even a lot of bathroom space, which isn’t common in Italy). There were a lot of restaurants close by, but it is also very close to all modes of transportation. We would definitely stay here again.

Our second stay at Montenapoleone Suites was once again marked by exceptional service throughout our time there. Our honeymoon in Milan felt truly special, thanks to our stay at Montenapoleone Suites, where the staff treated us wonderfully. The hotel’s location is very strategic, and the rooms are incredibly comfortable. I will definitely stay at Montenapoleone Suites again when I return to Milan.

The very central location in a small quiet street, the design of the room which was spacious and Stylish. There is an espresso machine in the room which was excellent The staff is very friendly and helpful with everything we contacted.

The air conditioning was weak and if we were in August it would not have been enough to cool the whole room.

The hotel's location is superb, just next to the Duomo, and it has a cool "Moda" vibe. The staff is really friendly and always ready to help. Once, we had an issue with the taxi van that was supposed to take us to the airport, but they quickly stepped in to defend us, and solved it by getting us another taxi within 5 minutes. The room is clean, the air-conditioning works fine, and the bathroom has a bidet, not a "Shatafa." The rooms have name not number :)

The hotel doesn't offer its own parking area, but there's an option available for about 30 euros a day at a parking lot 500 meters away. Something unexpected for me was that they hold onto the car keys at the parking lot. I assume this might be common in Milan, as they have to shuffle cars to make space due to double parking in the lot. As for the suite, it's quite spacious, though it's worth noting that it's not divided into separate rooms. Instead, it's a single huge room featuring two king-size beds. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, pool ... etc.
