We really liked how the owner contacted us - he messaged us on WhatsApp before our arrival and before check out to remind us about formalities - like how to get there, the gate code, the check in process and the city tax. He was very polite and always responded quickly. Another thing we enjoyed was the location - next to many bus and tram stops that could take you to all Milan must-see landmarks. Nearby there was also a Lidl, which was great for a quick breakfast or to grab something to drink. The room itself was very clean and tidy :)

The bathroom was a little broken - the shower door and toilet seat were a little loose so it was sometimes hard to close/open them. We could also tell that the air conditioning hasn’t been cleaned for a long time as there has been a specific smell. It also didn’t fully chill our room - but it worked well enough to maintain around 23 degrees temperature :)

A very convenient accommodation for 3-4 days. The location of the accommodation is convenient with excellent connections for all directions, the train station, the center. For a cold period, the heating worked well both in the room and in the bathroom. The bathroom is modern and clean, and the room is acceptable. Wi-Fi and TV is ok. Automatic check-in and check-out. Lidl and cafes are in close proximity to the accommodation. The host, Matteo, was very nice, he answered our messages and requests almost immediately. I could leave the luggage in case of a departure after check-out.

A possible inconvenience would be the thin walls, noises can be heard from the adjacent rooms. In the initial room on the mezzanine, I had the impression of an unpleasant smell, but in the end, I got a room on the first floor which was very good.

The hotel is located in a good neighborhood, many cafe, restaurants, tram & bus stops nearby. The metro is bit far for walking, but there is a beautiful park to pass by!

The room we stayed is in the basement, the air flow isn't so well, but still acceptable when window is opened. The sound insulation isn't very well, if you're sensitive to noises.

It was great that we could check in a little bit late and also with Sergio it was easy to communicate so we found the place very quickly. A small advice: it will be nice to have glasses/coffee or something in the rooms, it's doesn't cost a lot but it gives a really good impression

The walls a little bit thin and we could here everything next door which wasn't pleasant during the night.

Great communication from the hotel team. Spacious and clean room with air con.

Slight noise from other guests. Location slightly out of the centre (hence affordable price) but easily accessible by bus from Milano Centrale.

The room was ok for the money which we paid for.

There was a specific smell in the room, I think was not well cleaned. Also the shower didn't work properly, was splitting the water everywhere and the curtain didn't protect the bathroom floor, so was water everywhere after a shower.

Nice location, lovely art, very cute internal garden, good host. There is everything you need, even a hair dryer. Wifi was also good.

When we were there the toilet seat was broken. While there were no noises from the street, walls were quite thin, in case you are a light sleeper, but for us was not a problem.

It was quiet, public transport and shops very close. Host Sergio gave very clear instructions about how to get there. It was nice to have use of a fridge and microwave (in reception area).

Shower door was a bit hard to close.

All of the staff are helpful with everything, even if our needs are a little troublesome and off:) The beds are very comfy, the shower is very very clean and well designed. The air conditioning is optimal and there is an option to cover the windows with thick blinds. Also, there is a Lidl near this hotel:)

Room was very comfortable, showers were great and good towels provided! Staff was very nice, Michele even gave me a drawing he made from the Arco della Pace! A nice memory from Milano. Sergio, the owner, was also very friendly in letting us leave our luggage in the store room! The location is also very good, close to the tram and bus stops and there are a few stores around and a coffee place where you can have a morning snack. Try to book the rooms on the upper part, as they are even more comfortable and you can open the windows better than the downer ones. I recommend and would definitely come back!
