The location is superb. It is close to the no traffic center of Milan with the Duomo, very accessible, the rooms are absolutely wonderful, the facility is wonderful, the breakfasts are wonderful, the staff is wonderful, and the rates for what you get are more than reasonable. I was riding a motorcycle and messaged them about parking and they responded immediately. They have a wonderful parking facility that is electronically guarded that is right on the premises. While you were staying, they send you messages asking if everything is OK. And asking for any suggestions to make this stay even better. There is no reason to stay in any other hotel in Milano.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the property.

Far from city center Breakfast is good but standard

I stayed here for a night to attend AC Milan match at San Siro. The hotel was a good location for getting to and from the stadium on public transport. I had a nice room with usual amenities and comfortable bed. I was there really just to sleep, but it was warm and clean. The hotel had a good atmosphere and large lobby. Staff were especially helpful for my early morning checkout and called a taxi for me when the one I scheduled did not show. I was able to make my airport train on time.

Nothing I can recall.

The room was quite big and included everything. From a big TV screen to a small refrigerator. I particularly liked the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast was also served in a good quality. Not to forget about the personal, they were all very kind.

The location of the hotel was not ideal at all for me. I am the person that likes using the metro but in this case the next metro station was located about half an hour on foot away from the hotel. At least there was a tram station outside of the hotel to take you to the city center. However, the tram was always full and not very easy to find a place to sit down.

The general ambience and vibe was so lovely. It looks like those classic hotels from back in the day but the upkeep of the hotel is great. It’s well-maintained and clean and not dated unlike other “classic” hotels you see with dated rooms that aren’t even clean. I booked a small room since I was traveling solo for The Eras Tour. It had a kettle and complimentary tea/coffee and some water bottles. There’s some noise level with the rooms next to me or people walking/talking outside the hallway but nothing too bothersome and I personally wouldn’t find this a problem however I think someone else woke up to my alarm and got upset. Whoops. Haha. Bathroom was also clean and came with amenities and there was a hairdryer provided. Breakfast was good! Typical European breakfast. But the ambience was nice to wake up to especially when you’re seated near the windows. Hotel staff were very friendly and polite and helpful. They also try to initiate conversations with you. Location is great! It’s relatively safe area especially if you’re a female solo traveler. It’s right across the tram station (V.Le Certosa Via Casella) which is more or less a 40-minute ride to Duomo. It’s also walking distance to a mini Carrefour Market and McDonald’s in case you have late night cravings.

The staff was great! Check-in and check-out worked very smoothly. Special thanks to hotel restaurant staff, who fed the tired travelers even after the restaurant closed. Our expectations were truly exceeded! The room was clean and a suitable size for two people. The location of the hotel is good. Two tram stops right next to the hotel, a few grocery stores and good restaurants nearby.

In the room, the air conditioner made a rather loud noise, which could disturb a sensitive sleeper. In the shower, the warm water was enough for one person, but not for the next one.

Втор пат резервирам во истиот хотел. Репционерите се супер, доручек солиден. ( 2018 беше многу подобар ) . Локацијата е далеку од центар, но голема предност е што само на 2мин одење, преку улицата има трамвај кој оди директно до Дуомо. ( возење околу 20тина минути ). Близината на станицата е предност бидејќи е осветлено и веднаш си во хотелот. Чист хотел, убав амбиент и мебел. Секогаш имате човек задолжен за багажот. Огромна предност е гаражата за кола, безбеден и сигурен паркинг. ( се плаќа 20 евра од ден )

Побаравме опција дали има доручек за носење, бидејќи требаше да заминеме саат време пред доручекот. За изненадување беше толкууу оскудно- една кроасана спакувана, сокче детско и бисквити. За изненадување беше покрај добриот доручек што го имаат, можеле барем сендвичи да направат!

I have booked for my daughter, paid in advance. We phoned the hotel to make sure that a credit card was not needed and the hotel reassured us that it was ok since we had paid in advance. At the checking-in at the hotel, a credit card was asked :-(

I booked this hotel for me and a mate to go see Bruce Springsteen in Milan. When we arrived, the staff could not be any more helpful! The food was absolutely excellent, all the staff, and I mean all were superb and a credit to the Hotel. The rooms were as clean as a whistle, and the bar, and barman were superb hosts. The hotel is near to everything in Milan. I will be back again.

Starting with communication at the reception, it becomes clear that the hotel is from the top league. The staff is always friendly and makes sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We had room 510. Large apartments, with a large bed and wardrobe. It is possible to adjust the temperature with the help of a thermostat, cleaning is carried out every day and towels are changed. Breakfast is a separate topic. Everyone will find food to their liking. I would like to single out the pastries: there were actually many varieties of croissants, cakes and pies. So my Christmas vacation, Hotel Raffaello, beautified with its hospitality. Next time, I will come here again.
