The hotel is very lovely, but what makes it even nicer is the service provided by Mr Marco in the reception; he is so professional and he is looking to give a nice offer, and he makes sure that you are satisfied with your stay in the hotel. I can give him 10 out of 10 fantastic.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff members were all super friendly and helpful.

Location is a bit far from the center, although the tram is just within walking distance.

I would like to start by saying that overall, I am satisfied with my stay at your hotel. However, I wanted to share a small issue I experienced during breakfast. There are often long queues in front of the coffee machines during breakfast hours, which can be quite tiring. In a large and busy hotel like yours, this causes unnecessary delays and affects the overall comfort of the breakfast experience. Considering the number of guests, increasing the number of coffee machines or offering alternative solutions — such as serving filter coffee at the tables — could greatly improve the breakfast service. I had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Milan and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff displayed the utmost professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. I would particularly like to extend my sincere gratitude for the complimentary upgrade I received. It was a delightful surprise that greatly enhanced my visit and reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellent service and guest satisfaction. The room was impeccably clean, elegantly furnished, and exceptionally comfortable. Every detail, from the amenities provided to the overall ambience, contributed to a truly memorable stay. I highly commend the team at Radisson Blu Milan for maintaining such high standards and for going above and beyond to ensure a remarkable guest experience. The room was lovely, the pool, the spa, the location. Everything was really nice. There's a tram stop right down the street which makes it extremely convenient as it takes you directly to the Duomo, Breda quarter, the cemetery and the Sempione park. You also have a metro/train stop a bit further down the road : it takes you in 5 min to Garibaldi train station. The hotel is good value for money regarding how expensive hotels are in Milan. The staff is really nice as well and we were upgraded upon arrival. We tried the breakfast the last day. There is plenty of choice.

Great and friendly service, we arrived early and we were upgraded to the Junior Suite. We had a fabulous view, a great sitting room and a comfortable bed. There were two tvs, small balcony, and a spacious bathroom. The hotel was quiet and peaceful and there is a tram line mere steps from the front door that goes directly to the city center. Excellent for a stay in Milan.

The AC was weaker in the bedroom but we kept the door to the sitting room open and it was fine. The shower water also varied between hot and cool but it wasn't too extreme.

At the check-in we were welcomed by Marco at the reception who was very friendly and helpful and following his recommendation we agreed to include the breakfast deal for which we are very satisfied. The Breakfast was super good, and our room well prepared and cleaned. The pool was very nice but we did not have the time and chance to use it.

We would suggest the management to add a concierge staff at the reception counter since with only two receptionists its becoming difficult for them to satisfy some customers requests for the taxi transfers while they are at the same time checking in/out other customers. On another note we believe they should improve the house keeping services for the delivery customer supporting as well.

Everything, from the interior to the cleanliness and service, was great. But the superb staff at the hotel was the cherry on the cake..they were kind, friendly, welcoming, and ever so accommodating! They even helped me arrange a surprise for my sister to celebrate her exam success during our stay there..so grateful to them for adding to the joy of our memorable trip!!😍 And we also got a free upgrade upon arrival! The breakfast was lovely too, although a few more vegetarian/halal warm food options like hash browns, etc. would add to the delight of the breakfast spread.

The shower and bath were running really low on water pressure in our suite, but we let the reception know upon check-out, and they said they'll look into it. It wasn't a big deal at all, considering the superb quality of everything else.

The room was super clean and spacious. Our bathroom had a shower and bathtub. Location is a bit far from the city if you plan to walk by foot but the tram station is right outside the street which takes you straight to Duomo. Very silent neighborhood which makes it a good place to stay. I recommend it to everyone who’s planning a trip to Milan. We were staying for two nights The lobby was good and has a bar. Just to note the the parking is 10eur per day

Everything was amazing except that maybe the staff forgot to put bath robes and slippers in our room, while our friends in the other room had them.

We got an upgrade, which was really nice. I had to see some clients and the upgrade to a suite was most welcome as we could close off the bedroom from the meeting, which is always a bit awkward. The pool was closed due to maintenance unfortunately. Breakfast was really good although check-in at the restaurant a bit confusing as we suddenly had to pay in the restaurant instead of having it added to our final bill. Very nice bar. Good beds, good shower. Very clean. Convenient parking facilities although not for free.
