I was impressed with the hotel room, large space, comfortable bed. There is a tram stop nearby, from which you can go directly to the city center.

There were no utensils in the room (spoons, knife, fork). The shower is a bit tricky if you don't want to wet your hair, because the water only flows from above.

The hotel was amazing it was better than what we expected. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the facilities were amazing. Public transport was very easy and cheap to the city as the hotel is located 30-45 minutes out of the city centre. The rooms were very big and the bed was comfy. Amazing stay!!

This wasn’t a massive deal breaker as there was an alternative, however the shower had very low water pressure which made it difficult to wash. There was however a shower head over the bath so it was okay.

I like the design of the room which is quite unique and stylish. The room was big with a little garden which was nice. It has an indoor parking which I felt safe to park that, and convenient.

There is no ventilation in the bathroom (or at least the room I stay) with made the room quite humid after shower. The location is a bit far from the centre and it took around 25-33 EUR per trip by taxi. But I won't mind because it is a pet friendly hotel and the facilities is satisfying. Will definitely come stay again.

Rooms located at the ground floor (e.g. with garden) are much much better than at the upper floors. They are very spacious, modern and with nice design of the room, bathroom, and all staff inside (e.g. furniture, branded tap and shower). However upper rooms are not so great as we were considering to stay longer but they did not meet our expectations in case of the size, design and general very positive impression of the bigger rooms located at the ground floor. Breakfast is ok, even above as for Italian standard.

The upper rooms have doors from outside i.e. directly from open-air balcony - it is not very convenient during cooler months to take warm clothes just to go the breakfast. Location is not very great but silent and ok if you have a car.

The staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. We arrived early and were given an “upgrade” to our existing suite. If offered ensure you see the room as the rooms on ground level are a tad unconventional but offer you a spa tub and huge open shower in addition to the nice outdoor patio. The coil on the fan in the AC unit burned out shortly after our arrival so the following day they moved us to their largest suite on the upper floor. The operations manager was truly incredible in our she offered to take care of the issue and in her desire to make sure we were pleased.

The location is a bit far from downtown (25 minutes by bus) however there are many good restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The room was spacious, with a huge bathroom . It was clean, beds were very comfortable. Hotel was nice and quiet and staff very friendly and helpful at all times. Location had good links to city centre, with the bus 57 right outside and the number 1 Tram 3 minutes walk.

Nothing. But would have been useful to have a waste bin in the room ( the only bin was in the bathroom).

The area hotel is located is not great but it’s nothing to do with the hotel itself. No shops/places to eat around.

The spacious suite, a safe in the room and fridge. The hot chocolate was so was the breakfast. The staff was very friendly, spoke excellent English and very helpful in our stay. Bathroom was big too, definitely 4star hotel. The hotel is not in the centre, but bus 57 is out side the hotel it will takes you to city and back within 25 min, also tram 12 does the same , so is best to get 3 day travel card for 13 euro, get it from supermarket down the road ,1 min walk. Overall Excellent stay and would highly recommended and is value for money. The employee are a Credit to the hotel.

The shower cubicle door leaked water so a bit of water was left on floor, the shower water turned itself colder then back to warm, so had a big bath. Only minor things.

Not applicable. We had to move hotels since the A/C of our bedroom was broken and there were no other bookings available. Staff solved issue by moving us.

We arrived in the middle of the night, once in the bedroom we noticed that A/C was not working and the bedroom was very hot, not possible to sleep like that. Staff said technician could not come, offered free drinks, until we insisted that we wanted another room with A/C. They mentioned there were no rooms available and would have to move us to another hotel. I feel they could have tested the A/C before, since they already had our expected arrival time, and upon arrival they should have moved us already to the other hotel, instead, we had to go up, unpack, change clothes and then undo everything in order to leave the hotel and go to another one.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and we were extremely satisfied! The staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help with a smile – from the moment we checked in until the end of our stay. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. One of the best things was the bus/tram stop right in front of the hotel, which made it super easy to get to the Duomo and all the main attractions. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!
