I loved the room and we didn't have any kind of limit of hour to arrive (we even arrived passed midnight one day without any problem). In addition, the hotel staff was magnificent, the room was cleaner than my own house, and the bathroom was as clean as the room and had some shampoos and other details for free ❤️ (imho it should have at least 3 stars and it has one).

Some comments talked about the tram making too much noise, my room had the window facing directly to the tram, and we only noticed the vibrations of it. nothing important, we could even dream nicely without any problem (for your interest, tram service stops at 2:00, and from 00 to 02 it only passes from 30m to 30m).

The prices were good, the location was easy to find and also easy to reach the center from it. The staff were helpful and tried to make you feel welcomed and fulfill your requests.

(It's not a general feedback but a suggestion to the property) I only stayed one night and the heater was working great, however at night it was shut down on its own and I couldn't find the remote control to open it again. I would suggest that every room should have the AC remote control available without request. Maybe it was an individual case or maybe it's not.

Private off street parking, 24 hour front desk, large rooms with comfortable beds, excellent value for money. The location isn’t central Milan but is on a tram line and has some nice restaurants and bars a short walk away.

Not very soundproofed, noise from the communal area and from the tram track outside.

Extremely nice and friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Very good bathroom with window and shower facility.

The hotel is along the tram and buses lines thus the noise in our room was very loud from early morning to night. The area doesn't have a close café to balance the absence of breakfast in the structure.

The staff were so approachable and so kind. The place was clean. The location is good. No problems for transportation since it is near a train station and there is a tram stop nearby. A grocery store is also 2 mins walking distance from the hotel. Our stay was worth the value.

The welcome of the team at this hotel is genuine - it surpasses most, irrespective of price point. To feel clean safe secure and get a decent sleep must be high on everyone’s list. And if it is important to you, the WiFi did not miss a beat

Would have appreciated a fridge

Its a great price and great location to explore milan, there is a tram stop right outside your hotel and from there it is only a 30 minute ride to the down town area. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

Not a lot of amenities but for the price it's to be expected.

The location its very good. This little old train takes u to downtown Milan in half an hour, and its 2 minutes walking from Hotel. On the way back we took a bus, that its faster and stops on the street behind the hotel, 5 minutes walking, super fine. The fact the Hotel has free parking was a great deal for us. The owner received us super well, even though he doesnt spesk any other language than italian, we were able to communicate usinh google translator. I asked if there was a microwave to warm it up milk for my one year old baby, he kindly did. The room is simple but confortable, and clean. Theres a coffe machine at reception, where u can help yourself. If you arrive earlier than check in time, theres a room he allows us to leave the luggage, in our case, one from the 3 rooms we booked was ready, so we left all luggage in this one and went to the city. Theres a market close by. People complain about the noise from trains passing by, but that didnt bother us. Overall very good stay, would stay there again for sure.

As said rooms are simple, no coffee machine or water boiler… but since the owner managed to warm it up the milk when I asked, that was awesome. No elevator of course. Even though didnt bother us, need to say that is noise from trains passing by. If you stay in a room close to the reception, it can be loud, hearing people coming and go and talking at the reception. That was what bothered me the most, trying to sleep at 23:30 and people talking loud in the reception, I have to open the door from my room and ask them to be not that loud.

The room and the bathroom were clean and spacious, it met our expectations.Staff was kind and the location is close to public transport. Since the tram is very close to the location, it is quite noisy, especially at night.

The first thing I liked was the staff! Check in wasn’t until later and he let us in hours before so sweet oh the staff honestly!! He said they had already cleaned so that it was fine, and I believe him,they cleaning ladies were always polite and I can tell they were always hardworking. Plus the room was super clean when i got it

I didn’t LOVE the location, but hey what can you do. Although many of trains were very easy to get and take you to the Milan CathedrAl :) loved that as well as it took us to he train station to leave Milan. There is also a super market right next door ! That was a bonus and a really cool thrift store down the street
