Considering the moderat price of the hotel we were very positively surprised by our room in the Hotel Regency. It was spacious, the beds were comfortable and we also had a fridge. The hotel looks nice from the outside, almost like an old castle, and we found it easy to make our way to the city centre. With the tram nr. 1 you arrive directly in the city centre in around half an hour. With the tram nr. 19 you arrive directly at the shopping centre "Tre Torri". There are also quite a few restaurants in 5-10 mins walking distance.

Overall we were really happy with our stay. The only thing that could have been slightly better was the cleanliness of the room. It was not perfect but still very good!

Excellent room size with plenty of space to move around and keep our belongings. The room was decorated elegantly and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was also very spacious with excellent temperature and pressure in the shower. The location is a little far out of the centre of Milan however it was very easy to get everywhere we needed to go with tram and bus stations very close to the hotel.

Would have been nice to have the bar open so that we could have enjoyed some aperitif in the beautiful courtyard. Fan in the bathroom didn't work so it got quite steamy and damp and hard to air out.

we got upgraded to a bigger penthouse which had the cutest window, we sat in front of it every morning, and there is the cutest garden we loved to hang in, as soon as we called the reception about anything they handled it in 10 minutes max, everything was perfect

it is not exactly in the city center but the tram and bus stop is 1 minutes from the hotel, for the price we paid we were fine with taking the tram every day for 20 minutes to the city center

The hotel is a beautiful old building. So don't go there if you are after modern luxury. Location is great for transport, trams, train, bus/coach and taxis. There's a number of restaurants very close by too. One is just a few steps from the hotel which served great too. All in all it was a good place to stay and worked well for me and the staff were very friendly. Highly rate their receptionists. I'd rate it 10 but their old key system and toilet flushing took away that ☺️

Very nice looking hotel. It was clean and tidy. I loved the marble stone in bathroom. Electric window shatter was really nice to have. Cute little balcony with the view on small and romantic garden behind the hotel. Staff was nice and helpful. AC was working just fine.

Toilet flush system was kind of strange and couldn’t stop leaking all the time. The sound of it was a little bit annoying but not a big deal for me.

The hotel style is very nice, the room is huge and quiet. The staff is also very nice! The hotel is a biz far from the center and difficult to reach when there is big traffic (which happens often in Milan).

Location, room was comfortable and clean.

Noisy bathroom, probably it was the boiler. This noise was more evident during the night since no other sources of noise

Very charming hotel, vintage type. The rooms are very clean and very warm on cold days. On a clear day you can see the Alps in the distance which is amazing. Check in is 24 hours, which is also considered advantage in Italy since almost all properties charge additionally for late check in.

Location was perfect for conference centre - an easy 15 min stroll. Staff were very pleasant. Room was comfortable with air con! Hotel was a little old-fashioned in style but nicely so.
