The hotel is very lovely, but what makes it even nicer is the service provided by Mr Marco in the reception; he is so professional and he is looking to give a nice offer, and he makes sure that you are satisfied with your stay in the hotel. I can give him 10 out of 10 fantastic.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff members were all super friendly and helpful.

Location is a bit far from the center, although the tram is just within walking distance.

I would like to start by saying that overall, I am satisfied with my stay at your hotel. However, I wanted to share a small issue I experienced during breakfast. There are often long queues in front of the coffee machines during breakfast hours, which can be quite tiring. In a large and busy hotel like yours, this causes unnecessary delays and affects the overall comfort of the breakfast experience. Considering the number of guests, increasing the number of coffee machines or offering alternative solutions — such as serving filter coffee at the tables — could greatly improve the breakfast service. I had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Milan and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The room was lovely, the pool, the spa, the location. Everything was really nice. There's a tram stop right down the street which makes it extremely convenient as it takes you directly to the Duomo, Breda quarter, the cemetery and the Sempione park. You also have a metro/train stop a bit further down the road : it takes you in 5 min to Garibaldi train station. The hotel is good value for money regarding how expensive hotels are in Milan. The staff is really nice as well and we were upgraded upon arrival. We tried the breakfast the last day. There is plenty of choice.

We were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary in this wonderful hotel. We met Clara who checked us in and was just lovely from beginning to the end of our 4 night stay. She told us we had been upgraded to a suite which was really the icing on the cake it was just wonderful. We had lots of room and we really enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the hotel too. The suite was amazing best room we've ever stayed in. Everything was first class and Clara was so friendly and went out of her way to make our stay just perfect. Thank you Clara and all the staff for a really memorable stay we'll always remember this very special time at the Raddison Bleu.

I am Speechless of what i saw from this hotel. This is my second review in one week. I stayed two time each two days with total of 4 days in milan with radison blu hotel. The staff is amazing , polite, friendly (All staff). They upgraded my room twice (14-16 July) and (22-24 July) without asking from me. Gave me free parking two times with total 4 days. Kept my bag safe for one week and return it safely to my room. Cleaning the room eas superb. Staff was amazing and friendly and respect all people. Food was superb and good. IF U VISIT MILAN FOR FIRST TIME SAME AS ME, STAY IN THIS HOTEL AWAY FROM BUSY DUMO REGION. Quite at night and rooms was beautiful and clean. I will 100% stay for my next time visit. NOTHING, I MEAN NOTHING AT ALL.

At the check-in we were welcomed by Marco at the reception who was very friendly and helpful and following his recommendation we agreed to include the breakfast deal for which we are very satisfied. The Breakfast was super good, and our room well prepared and cleaned. The pool was very nice but we did not have the time and chance to use it.

We would suggest the management to add a concierge staff at the reception counter since with only two receptionists its becoming difficult for them to satisfy some customers requests for the taxi transfers while they are at the same time checking in/out other customers. On another note we believe they should improve the house keeping services for the delivery customer supporting as well.

Good and spacious room. Good bed. Hotel restaurant's food was good, we took some pizzas and pasta. Free bottles of water in the minibar and they did even refill it. Very wide opening times of gym (24h) and Spa/pool 7.00-23.00, no reservation needed. Tram stop 100m away, easy to get to the centre.

Pool was closed 2/3 of our stay for a 'sudden maintenance'. 2 saunas: the other one was running half power but we could get some 'löyly' out of it. Biosauna was pretty useless as it is 45 degrees and there was no option to throw water on the stove Spa had only 2 beds to relax but the pool area had 6 more of sunbath beds. Restaurant service was very very slow on sunday evening, but the waiters did their best. With all services available it is worth the money but now it sadly wasnt. Better luck next time.
