Near to the metro Station, very friendly personal. Shuttle to the airport with tesla and driver was high qualified. Good location for the visit some events in San Siro.

Climate system was poor

The personnel was very service oriented, the rooms are clean, comfortable and new. And it is literally 2 steps frok the subway/metro and a supermarket

During the night the place is sketchy, looks like around the metro exit and the park there are a lot of dealers, but it is out of the hands of the hotel, just something to be aware. And the breakfast should be always included in the price of the room or at least some coffee/tea or water. And not seen as extra.

Location is perfect, super clean and staff is so friendly. There’s also smoking area from the back door of the hotel which is amazing.

The rooms are not spacious at all. You only have space for bed and that’s it. No hot water kettle for a 4* hotel. We were given a room on the ground floor which was super noisy. Ac not cold enough in this boiling hot weather. Super flat pillows.

The cleanliness and staff were exceptional. The location was also great. It was close to the arena where I was attending an event. It’s also great walkability — it was about a 20 minute walk to a popular shopping center (Zara, H&M, etc.) I also liked the pickup from the airport arranged by the hotel.

The size of the room was a bit small, but with it just being me it was okay. The room was super nice otherwise.

Excellent stay at Mokinba. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was great and when we reported an issue with the A/C they were quick to resolve the issue. Great location, close to restaurants and shops and right next to the metro station making it really easy to get to central Milan. Would definitely recommend.

Really close to San Siro football stadium. Plus there is bus stop of Malpensa airport shuttle like 100 hundred meters next to the hotel. Greate choice if you are visiting Milan because of football match.

You have charged me twice for our minibar usage. We paid 9 eur to the receptionist the night before our leaving. But now I see on my debit card that you charged me another 9 EUR. Can you please refund this?

Perfect location for exploring the city and attending concerts at San Siro Hippodrome. The hotel offers everything you need for a great stay – convenient parking, air conditioning, and friendly, helpful staff. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, making it an ideal place to stay during your visit.

We visited Milan and wanted a good comfortable, clean room for lodging. Excellent location next to subway station. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. I would endorse this as a basic room for people spending the majority of their time sightseeing.

Better air conditioning

Mokinba Montebianco is located in the north-east of Milano city center. You will need a car of other means of transportation to get to the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful and will assist you with anything you need. Rooms are clean, if a little outdated. My A/C wouldn't start, but there was a balcony door, which served the purpose. Parking is in the back yard and behind a thick steel gate. So nothing goes missing while you're there ;-) Right behind the hotel in the alley you'll find the "Ristorante Ranch Roberta". Great Pizza and very friendly staff. To walk your dog, you have the Parco Pubblico in 2min walking distance. There's an area especially for dogs, but you never know how they will behave... All in all, I can recommend Mokinba Montebianco to everyone!

Location was nearby the metro station so it was easy to reack main points like Milano Centrale and other main points. Breakfast was simple buffey, but it had everything for or taste. There was a nice and cozy backyard too with parking space if you are travelling by car.
