It's the room in a big 3(?)-bedroom flat, it has also big living room and equipped kitchen. In the bathroom one needs to wait for some time for hot water. The breakfast is not real breakfast , but a lot of cookies and sweets in the kitchen, also some tea and coffee (always accessible, i guess)

The only problem was to get inside when we arrived. We didn't get any instructions in advance and had to call the host. Good that there is no roaming in Europe, but for people from outside Europe this might be a problem

Staff was extremely welcoming & helpful. We had an incredible experience all over our stay. The room was so comfortable, big, and with a small terrace. Everything was so clean. Very generous breakfast, coffee & soft drinks. Location is great, it's near the metro station so we were able to get to the city center so easily. We had all what we needed. It exceeded our expectations, we highly recommend it !

Excellent location, breakfast was good, comfy and clean room, friendly owner. In terms of breakfast, it's really good value for money, it's enough to get you started for the day and people complaining about the breakfast are nitpicking (in my opinion), the fridge is stocked with water, milk and juice and there are lots of breakfast biscuits to be had!

There are information sheets in the room which just need updated as the check out time has changed but that's not a big deal - no other issues!

Location was good, close to bus stops and metro station. The host was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable. The food provided was tasty.

Would have loved more breakfast options. The room got a bit hot in the night as the fan provided wasn't the best.

Finding the B&B was very difficult, as there was no indication of the floor or apartment. Our cell phone didn't work when we arrived in Italy, we had to buy a SIM card beforehand, so getting to the place by calling the owner was complicated

It's clean (that's awsome), the staff is nice, and it is well located. The quality-price relation is very good. However, the electronic lock for the door and the shared bathroom might be noisy during the night. For the rest, good place stay.

OMG! First time in Milan and would go back just for this B&B. Super simple but with a true elegance. Perfect for me

It was very clean and had everything you needed for the stay the room was big and comfy and the breakfast was really good. I use this place to visit the San siro was perfect about 15 minute walk down one road. Will definitely recommend to others.

Not anything could not fault the place

Our stay at the Lotus B&B was amazing. The accommodation is a cozy, quiet, clean place. Our room had enough power outlets, comfy beds, a working wifi and a TV. The owner and the staff were really kind and welcoming. The breakfast met our expectations. Despite being far from Milano downtown, the location is quite close to a metro station and moving around the city is very easy. Overall, I'd strongly recommend this accommodation option.

If the owner doesn't mind, I would just point out a few remarks: 1) let the guests know in advance about the door code, 2) share the guest details (namely the assigned room) with the welcoming staff, 3) noises from toilet (such as flushing) could be heard in our whenever the toilet was being used. In our case, remarks 1) and 2) were quickly addressed by the hosts. Remark 3) is more complex. Anyway, these remarks did not change the good impression we had from your accommodation and we were very satisfied with the efficiency of the staff.
