This was my another trip to Milan, and once again I stayed at the same hotel. The price is appropriate for the location and standard. I didn’t use the hotel’s dining offer, as within a 10–15 minute walk you can find good food, great coffee, or drinks. The location is also very good in terms of getting to the city center (Duomo). A small downside is the lack of basic amenities such as an iron (not available from the staff either) and a kettle in the room.

As I mentioned above, there are no amenities such as an iron or a kettle.

At first glance, the hotel's location seemed far from ideal. However, a 10-minute walk to the metro, followed by a 5-minute ride, and you're at the Duomo Cathedral Square. There are several shops nearby where you can quickly pick up some essentials. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The only small downside is the lack of an iron in the room (also no option to borrow one). I must admit, small conveniences like a kettle in the room would also be appreciated.

The hotel is perfectly located, a short commute into the centre. The room is a good size, plenty of room to lay out your suitcase, wardrobe clean and good size. Fridge keeps your drinks and fruit cold. The building is not new, however the bathrooms have been retiled and new fixtures, shower, toilet basin, bidet installed. The bathroom is spotless clean. Bathroom was a good size, everything worked. The hotel is next to a park soif you bring your dog, the park is perfect, there is even a dog exercise area. Escooters coverage is just at the back of the park near the hotel, easy to find a scooter to beat the traffic.

The internet was a bit slow, the hotel was fully booked and unfortunately, although the reception tried they couldn't resolve the issue. TV has a Netflix button, worked well when there was no internet issue.

The staff's attitude was definitely one of the things we really appreciated, and the hotel's location was also great.

The mirror in the bathroom is a little smudged.

There was no iron in the whole hotel, it spoiled the impression a little, because after the trip on the train and plane, the clothes in the backpack were crumpled and I had to dress on crumpled clothes for a photoshoot at Duomo

Very comfy hotel and such lovely, helpful staff. I had a huge issue getting home from the san Siro stadium after a concert and they helped me and my daughter. Breakfast varied and lovely coffees made freshly for you,

More variety of hot breakfast food or more of it. Location was just a bit too far out for what we intended to see in Milan.

Quiet, tidy, room size excellent, great storage, comfortable bed, superb shower.

Shame there was no bar but not a huge issue. It was winter and it would have been nice to have a quiet drink in comfort without going out.

Considering all the other options we had for that particular day i'd say it was great value. The room was clean, spacious and the bathroom was good too with all the necessary toiletries and towels. I'm not giving 10 just cuz of the price that you have to pay just for staying in Milan.

After reading comments I was expecting very little about comfort and cleaning but I was surprised how clean and New it was. I dont understand what People expect. One of the cheapest hotels in milano and it was very good. You can book without hesitation. Also it was a kind gesture offering us a free small breakfast.
