Good hotel with an excellent price/service ratio . The room was clean, as was the private bathroom. There is also a floor common bathroom, which was well-maintained and equipped with a large window for ventilation beside the toilet of our quadruple room. The hotel was close to the metro station, which provides easy access to the center of Milan. The man at reception was very kind and helpful, and the service is available 24/24. I recommend this hotel for low-budget trips or groups of friends like us.

The room was a little narrow. The window was unclosable and the wind was inside (it’s uncomfortable when outside is cold). We asked about the remote control for the air conditioner and we payed 10€ for it 👎🏻. We found a cockroach in the room

I don't understand why people are giving such bad reviews here. Receptionists are very caring. (There was a dark gentleman during the day, a very nice person.) They help us with everything. Rooms were also very clean. Right next to the metro station, close to everywhere. There is a very nice restaurant just below. Its name is Mevlana. The market is opposite. A unique place for Milan. You won't find such a nice place for this price. You would expect a hostel of this quality to be much more expensive, but very cheap. A real price-performance hostel.

Each floor has a shared bathroom and toilet. Maybe, you could wait your turn.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The place felt safe and it had everything needed for a short stay. It was perfect for one night.

The distance from the city centre was notable. It is also located on a busy street, so the sounds could be disturbing for light sleepers at night. I myself had trouble sleeping.

There are lots of bad reviews for this hotel, but we had a pleasant experience. Obviously it is not a luxury hotel - there are no frills and the building is a little dated and shabby, but our room was clean and comfortable enough for one night. The shower was hot, the bed was comfortable, and there was decent WiFi. It is also in an excellent location close to the metro and some nice restaurants which serve food at a more local price than in the more touristy areas. We found the staff to be friendly and very helpful - particularly the one staff member who was happy to print a document we urgently needed and did not even charge us for it.

no lift, shared bathroom. but they are not so big problems, just let you know if you care too much. especially when you are hurry in the morning and the bathroom is occupied, that will be a little annoying. But I am sure these are the only two minor problems.

The staff was humurous, the room was nice and the external bathroom was bigger than expected. It‘s a shared bathroom but you have it to yourself as you can lock the whole room (one shower and one toilet).

The accomodation is quite far away from the center but that‘s not a big problem as the metrostation is just across the street.

The hotel is good option for less budget, than most places in Milan. Great commute options. The staff is friendly and always available. And a great coffee shop next door.
