location, staff, room was ok

the heater was a little old but it did his job, the shower take some time got give you hot water and it wasn't that clean, otherwise it was ok

Great price-quality. Neighborhood is calmer than others. Having the Metro so close was really comfortable

The Bed was uncomfortable and at midnight heat system didn't work and room was so cold

The location was convenient - 2mins walk to Corvetto metro station, the staff is very friendly and helpful (I asked for a blanket and I got it immediately, we could also leave our luggage for a couple of hours in the storage room). It's very clean and quite neat. Downstairs there are vending machines, which is a good thing too.

It was pretty cold in the room at night and I needed to ask for a blanket cause the bed only had bedsheets originally... The electrical heating in the bathroom did not work, same as the lights above the mirror in the bathroom. In the morning I could hear a lot of loud sounds from the neighbour rooms. The pillows weren't soft at all.

It was very near the Metro so you could move around the city very easy. The air conditioning was working perfectly

The room didn't had enough toiletries and there were no slippers. In general the room was clean but it needs improvement. The Toilet door was not working properly and you couldn't close the door.

We stayed two nights, but They didn’t clean the room in between
