The location was perfect, it only took us 30 min till Duomo and all the ways to Milano Central were very accessible(tram and bus). We arrived pretty late(at 23;30) to the hotel and the personal waited for us to check in. Every day, the personal cleans the rooms. Also, because the bathrooms were common(3 of them), they were always in a perfect and clean stage. Besides, even if the breakfast wasn't included, every morning the owner of the hotel, served us with some fruits, bakery and coffee or tea. We definately recommend the hotel!

Even if, the period when we were in Milano the weather was really good and warm, the heaters were really warm and the temperature in the room was hight. The plug near the bed in our room wasn't working at all and the channel of the sink in our room was blocked. We also recommend to place a fridge for keeping there the products that the roomers bring with them.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Everything was truly excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming—they made me feel right at home. I liked about Hotel America it was neat and clean..The staff was very gentle specially lady from reception she did her to best make ourselves in comfort...cleaning was top note also in bathrooms..

The only thing they have to mention on site that in room only one dog is allowed,I have two small dogs..Also on site it's show pets are allowed without any extra charges..but we paid for two dogs..its not a big deal for paying only some kind of changes on site they need to do..At the end it's was a nice and comfort stay Thanks for everything

There was very good stuff. Friendly and kindly. Everything was clean. Morning they came inside and clean everything again. Bathroom was clean what is the most important for me. We had withought breakfast but they gave us cakes and fruits for us and for my baby. Place was very good. The bus station was in the hotel location and was going in the centre (duomo) I want to say them thank u And good luck.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Helpful and amicable staff. They offer a simple yet effective breakfast. Common areas were clean and functional. Good value for money.

Not something I didn't like per se, but it's important to know that rooms don't have private bathrooms. Bathrooms are shared and always super clean. Also, I never had to wait when I wanted to take a shower. Despite the fact I didn't have issues, it's important to know this fact to avoid unexpected surprises.

I had a wonderful stay. The lady at the reception was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room I stayed in was spotless, with a cozy and comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. Everything was well-maintained, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Host was accommodating when we wanted to change rooms due to noise from the streets that my mom couldn’t sleep through. I wasn’t really bothered by the cars, but it is a possibility to get a room away from the road. The bed and the shared bathrooms were really clean. It’s close to the centre, and has multiple public transport possibilities.

Great hotel, it had great views of Milan, especially in the evening and at dawn. The owners are super friendly, they explained everything very well and gave us some snacks for breakfast. The place inside had a sink in case you wanted to brush your teeth. Excellent place for the price. I highly recommend it.

The bathrooms are outside the room but at least there were enough of them so they weren't full all the time.

An excellent option for the money. The room was perfectly clean and was cleaned every day! Great friendly staff, they treated us to croissants and even gave us some when checking out for the road :) It is clear that the staff and management are trying to do everything to make the hotel guests as comfortable as possible.

Wi-fi works rather weakly in the far room, but this is not a big problem in times of good mobile roaming :)
