We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel 22 Marzo. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, offering a serene atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, contributing to a peaceful experience. Additionally, the location was incredibly convenient, being very close to the city center, which made exploring the area so much easier. Could be improved is the soundproofing of the rooms, as it was not as effective as expected. While this didn’t greatly impact our stay, better sound insulation would certainly enhance the overall experience. Overall, we had a wonderful time and appreciate the hotel’s efforts to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay.

My stay at 22 Marzo was one of the best aspects of my trip. The facility is newly refurbished with actually working air conditioning in the rooms, and the location is just perfect. Above all, the staff was the best part of this hotel. Elton is a great caretaker and problem solver; he helped me with everything, from sending a postcard to nearby store advises or even reporting a stolen item of mine during my time in Duomo. Location is also accessible with public transportation even you can walk from the city center easily. It was located in a safe neighborhood with lots of local restaurants and shops around. Also complimentary espresso and water being available at anytime was a very nice detail.

Simply furnished hotel where you have everything you need for comfort and everything is clean. Very nice staff throughout our stay, at the reception you have the opportunity to make excellent coffee or chocolate at any time. The location of the hotel is also excellent - a minute's walk to the tram, 10 minutes to the metro, 30 minutes to the Cathedral. As a bonus, there is a cafe directly under the hotel with excellent breakfasts, several nice restaurants on the block.

Paper walls where you can literally hear everything. There is a bar under the windows of some rooms and there may be noise.

It was a great stay! Customer service is undoubtedly the hallmark of this hotel. Elton exemplifies outstanding hospitality—attentive, polite, and genuinely concerned about guests' needs. A unique feature of the hotel's communal area is the provision of three taps offering drinking water—sparkling, cold, and room temperature—as well as two coffee machines, all available for free. The room is simple; however, it could benefit from the addition of an extra chair and some drawers for better storage. The shower delivers decent water pressure, the mattress is excellent, and the bed linen is comfortable. The hotel's location is also a major advantage, offering direct routes to Linate Airport and central areas of Milan. Overall, this is a very good choice for short stays in Milan.

The window locking mechanism in our room was slightly misaligned and could not secure the window in a closed position, but this did not significantly affect the soundproofing.

It was very clean, neat, and practical. The room is small but it has all you need. There are two restaurants right next to the hotel, and the bus stop is right in front of the building. They have still and sparkling water and a coffee machine in the lobby. The staff is very helpful. Download the ATM Milano app to better drive yourself around the city.

There is not enough space for your luggage, but it's not a deal breaker. The power outlet just above your head when you sleep was a little uncomfortable, especially during the night when you want to charge your phone.

The staff were great and very helpful. The hotel is all you need for a short stay. Plenty of options for breakfast within a few meters. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortabe and of a good size

We had a problem with loud music and base coming from a newly opened club below. When we complained to the receptionist in the morning he quickly provided us with a solution which we were very pleased with. They apologised over and over agan and reassured us that this was a one time occurrence which was dealt with the owners of the club below. They assured us it won’t happen again as the club owner is insulating the premises before it reopens again.

The staff is very friendly and kind, thank you to all of them. The hotel is tidy and has a good location close to transportation and restaurants.

Unfortunately, there is no soundproofing, and the noise is disturbing for those who find it difficult to sleep. Guests are noisy and lack the calm and knowledge of the hotel's rules for maintaining quiet in the hallways and keeping doors closed.

Checking in was easy. Staff were friendly. I felt very safe here. The room was a really good size for a single room, with a good size window. It had a great full length mirror and lots of room to get ready. Bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean, and had a good mirror. There were lots of plug sockets and a plug socket right next to the bed.

I had a great stay, if I had to be very picky, in the bathroom everything it up very high - I think someone very tall must have installed everything in there - the towel rack, the soap dispensers, the shower etc.

clean, ac worked well, great shower and showing gel etc. available. comfy bed and enough space for the luggage. located in a quite corner just a few min by bus or around 20 min by foot away from milano city center. the street in front of the buiding is quite but if you want to have a drink in the evening, right next to the hotel (on the street to the right) there is a nice bar which is crowded by tourists and locals. a couple of good restaurants around the corner where we had the best pasta carbonara in our life (ai cocci) and a really good coffee/ capuccino and one of the best pistacchio croissants (tipiace) for breakfast. free water downstairs to fill up your bottles. great hotel for a city trip to milano!

on booking they offer a parking space but they dont have any. you have to park your car to a 5 min away parking garage which costs 15€/ day. but that was fine. the position of the lamps next to the bed cant be changed so when you turn them on, the light goes straight forward directly into your eyes and you will be blended. sounds strange but that turned into the situation that we only used the big light when we walked around the room. a little fridge in the room would be nice to cool some drinks. the coffee of the coffeemachine downstairs is a nespresso where the coffee doesnt taste great.

The experience was amazing. Concierges make you feel at home and ready to help with everything, just ask. The room exceeded my expectations, cuz when reserving I thought it would be much smaller, but I ended up in a pretty reasonably sized room for a solo traveler. Housekeeping every day, old charming elevator and friendly people. The location is also very convenient with multiple tram stations around taking you to wherever you want.

The rooms were not soundproof, so sometimes it got pretty noisy, but it was not a very big issue for me.
