We stayed here in our first night in Italy and again in our last night. There are toiletries, water in the fridge, tea, coffee and a cookie package for you. The size of room and bathroom is bigger than other rooms we stayed in Italy. The air conditioner and the shower are very good and the bed is comfy. When you enter the apartment, you already feel welcome with a nice scent and cozy decoration. There are hangers in the bathroom and a big place to store shampoo and other things in the shower - in other places where we stayed there weren’t any. The sink is also big and you have enough place to put all your own toiletries. There is a bus/tram stop 2 minutes from the apartment, very easy to get to Duomo, Sforzesco, Cenaculo Vinciano, Central station and Linate airport. Breakfast is in a coffee shop nearby - it is an italian coffee, with croissant and coffee, but you get fresh pressed orange juice as well! But the best of eveything is Ludovico - on the day of our arrival, our bag didn’t arrive with is and the flight company informed that it would arrive with the flight 3 hours later. Since we arrived in Malpensa and this airport is very far from the city, we stayed at the airport to wait for it. Ludovico was always in touch with us through whatsapp and tranquilized us, so we didn’t have to worry at all with check-in time. We arrived at the apartment after midnight and he was patiently waiting for our call to help us to get inside (check-in and check-out are through whatsapp or a telephone call, what makes it very easy and you don’t have to wait for anybody to open the door). When we entered the apartment, my husband realized he forgot his cell phone in the airport bus. At 2 o’clock a.m. Ludovico helped us and instructed us what to do to get in touch with the bus company. Two days later we became an e-mail that the phone was found and was at the bus company storage. Since we weren’t in Milano anymore, Ludovico went there and retrieved the phone for us!!!

We liked everything!

Very clean comfortable room with everything you need for a short stay. Location is in a quieter part of the city within walking distance to the Duomo and very close to trams and buses. Breakfast is in a nearby cafe and the room also has tea, coffee, biscuits and a fridge so you can store drinks and snacks bought from the shop across the road. Excellent recommendation from Ludovico for Mom Cafe which is a short walk away and a superb place for aperitivo- trendy, friendly vibe full of young people. Ludovico seems very helpful but we never met him. Just communicated via phone and text message.

There is no signage on the building or inside to indicate that it is a B&B so when you arrive you feel like you’re in the wrong place. You have to ring Ludovico who lets you into the room remotely and tells you how to get the keys. The key to the door of 3 apartments is very tricky to work and we were locked out a few times until we mastered it. Stay clear of the woman who is the caretaker. She is very rude and grumpy.

Lovely little place - very clean, bed super comfortable. Ludvico was very helpful when I couldnt figure out how to unlock the outer door to the suites - you have to turn the key twice counterclockwise or the deadbolt doesn't open all the way. Just different than in my country. Security of the place was good, I felt very safe there. Excellent location within walking distance to Duomo and central Milan. Carrefour Express right across the street if you need a drink or snack. I didnt get a chance to use the free tickets for coffe and croissant at nearby cafe but it was a nice gesture. Very good price for central Milan. I would certainly stay here again.

Nothing. Although you dont get access information until you arrive, Ludvico will call you promptly and walk you through how to access your room. Just make sure your phone is charged and you have WhatsApp.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast of coffee and croissant was appreciated. Netflix and other channels were available for our enjoyment. The room was close to our bus stop.

There was a tea and coffee machine, but no cups to drink it out of or spoons to stir in sugar. The location isn’t very close to the subway station, but walkable. On the afternoon of our arrival someone must have been giving piano lessons in the building because we kept hearing the same song repeated through the walls which was unexpected.

By far, the best room I have ever stayed in. We stayed at b&b via Fontana room for 3 days and we are very satisfied from its services. A very cozy room with an excellent location near to many stations leading you to every monument. At first the room was very clean and made us feel like we were home. The bed was very comfortable.The room included everything we needed for our stay for example shampoos, food etc. The host , Ludovico, was very helpful, kind and willing to help us anytime. He provided us some coupons for free breakfast from a local bakery, which were so appreciated by us. I absolutely recommend this room to everyone and I wish I have the chance to visit again. Mr. Ludovico was very kind and gave us the correct instructions so that we could enter our room by ourselves. The room was very comfortable and the shower was excellent, essential for those who travel and need to recharge their batteries from one day to the next. The location of the B&B was excellent, with markets and restaurants nearby. You could go everywhere on foot, but if necessary, there were plenty of public transport options nearby.

No complaints. Everything was great.

Its close to public transportation, you can also find everything nearby- restaurants, cafes, supermarkets etc. Ludovico is SUPER helpful, he made our stay comfortable. The room itself is also really comfortable, I especially like the mattress & the pillows. You get to have breakfast in a cafe across the street for a full on italian experience.

The accommodation is in perfect order, beautifully clean, with a fully equipped bathroom, fridge kettle and coffee maker. The landlord is a very nice gentleman with whom communication is no problem. As a big plus, I appreciate all the referrals to local businesses that the owner has provided. The accommodation is within walking distance to the Duomo, about 12 minutes. I would recommend to anyone going to Milan:)

The host was excellent, very helpful and easy to contact. Room itself is small, but it was clean and comfortable, bathroom is also decent.

Only thing we noticed is that the room got a bit humid, so our clothes were a bit moist when putting them on.
