Hotel and room was spacious and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful ,lots of choice for breakfast, also very unusual in Italy a lovely coffee machine and kettle in room , soft towels ,good shower. Perfect position for walking to the centre of Milan or taking the trams and metro so much to see and do in Milan , don’t miss the Navigli area 👌🏾

Hot water was tepid and we were not able to fill the bath , so we called reception and we were told we haven’t had the sun so it’s not so hot!! So guessing in the winter people can’t have a hot shower or bath ? Rooms are cleaned perfectly but items such as tea coffee etc not always replaced, they didn’t supply milk or sugar so bought our own to use with coffee or tea so the lovely coffee maker and kettle would have been useless really !

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location suited us perfectly well. Breakfast was amazing and the hotel has a nice charm. The gym was better than some other hotel gyms.

The rooms were quite cold and no irons available, only a steamer machine which is not easy to use.

Friendly greeting and incredibly helpful getting us into our room 3 hours early. 7th floor room had lovely view to the mountains. Clean, modern and comfortable. Aircon was a little too warm for my taste but I like a cool room, but it was still pleasant. The Reception team were outstanding, all spoke good English and were helpful. They seem to have a magic taxi booking system where the cab appears in 2 minutes which was brilliant. White taxi costs were very reasonable I thought. Good choice for breakfast too! Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

I encountered nice, friendly people with smiles on their faces and received a warm welcome, including a complimentary upgrade and a 10% discount at dinner! The breakfast was amazing, and the WiFi was super fast and reliable. I requested a late checkout, and it was offered to me for a very reasonable fee, providing ample time to complete my work. As for the location? Simply perfect! (Top small restaurants just 5' min walking distance)

The room was a bit cold, as I couldn’t raise the temperature above 24 degrees during three very chilly days in Milan. Additionally, the blanket provided for sleeping was too thin and not warm enough.

We were staying at the property for a family sightseeing holiday … the rooms were lovely the front desk staff always helpful and the breakfast was great too ! It is a little bit out of the city centre but you can walk 15-20 minutes or taxi s are always within a 5 minute phone call from reception a tram ride is near as well there a few restaurants and bars a street behind building but a lot were closed due to August holidays.

We would have liked to have spent more time eating and drinking at the bar and in house restaurant but it was a bit pricey and the menu is tight … a shame as after a long day sightseeing it would have been convenient!

This is my third time staying at this hotel. It’s in a lovely neighborhood just slightly outside the core of the city, which makes it more pleasant to walk and doesn’t feel crowded. There are multiple bus and tram lines nearby to get to the central Duomo area as well as the central train station and other destinations. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. this hotel is a great spot. Wonderful breakfast selections, helpful staff, great location, everything I need!

Please consider investing in some new pillows! Mine were flat and lumpy and horribly uncomfortable. Also, I think they have changed their supplier for shower toiletries, and the current ones smell and feel so cheap.

Staff were very courteous. They looked after our bags, provided masks for public transport, and were very responsive to all housekeeping requests. The family room arrangements were a nice touch, locating us at the end of the corridor behind a lockable door which meant we could keep the two room doors open.

It could be better connected. Three or more tram routes surround the property, though when Metro line 4 opens, it will be much quicker to use Milan excellent public transport

The location is excellent. Not too close to the busy Duono (15 min. Walk), not too far from other great locations (Brera, Navigli). The hotel is great, the room was a good size for 3 (by European standards) and the bathroom was spacious. Room service and cleanliness were very good as well. The staff was courteous, helpful and very responsive. We appreciated the breakfast in the spacious bar area downstairs. Finally, the hotel has an efficient system to order a taxi, which arrives within 5 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel.

Regarding the parking system, I felt uncomfortable to ask someone to get my car. This made me avoid using my car during my stay at that hotel I did not feel independent and free to use it whenever I wanted, while I am sure that the staff, who were very friendly and helpful, would have assisted promptly, but I just avoided anyway Additionally, the cost of €30 per night is quite high, especially considering that other hotels offer free parking!! The lift!!! It was soooo slow I had to leave the room at 12 but at 11:58 the roomcard didnt let me ented the room so I had to go to the reception again before I could check out, that was annoying
