It was clean, bed was very comfortable, no noise, bell boy was very pleasant

Quite far from the station, the front desk can be quite aggressive and not to mention mentioned our room number out loud for the lobby to hear, there were no complimentary toiletries.

We stayed one night at the Courtyard and would like to say a big thank you the two staff members on the 8am shift of 22nd August 2025 who made our stay a delight. Check-in was very efficient, and they kindly arranged both an early check-in and a joint family room, even though we asked for it at the last minute. The hotel is around a 15-minute walk from the metro, making it easy to get into town. The food was great, and Marriott Bonvoy members also earn points. The morning taxi service was organised by the hotel, and our car arrived in under 5 minutes. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff are very friendly, thanks to Ahmed and Gina for their great hospitality and support during our stay. The facilities are very clean. The breakfast buffet is very diverse and good. The game is very clean and equipped with techno gym machines.

1. I didn't like that hotel location is far and around 17 minutes walk to the nearest metro station but you can use the electric scooters near the bridge. 2. AC is controlled by the reception and had to call them every night to turn on the AC and set the temperature. DON'T WALK FROM REPETTI STATION TO THE HOTEL AT NIGHT. IT IS CREEPY ROAD WITH NO SIDE WALK.

The hotel was modern, bright and clean. We were only in Milan for one night before catching a flight home, and it was easy to get from the train station to the hotel, and then from the hotel to the airport the next morning. We ate in the hotel restaurant as we didn’t feel up to venturing in out and the food was fantastic, much better than we expected and very well priced. The staff were all super friendly and spoke excellent English (as we only speak a very little Italian). Would absolutely recommend, and would stay again!

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t the greatest, but it was still comfortable and wouldn’t put me off staying again.

Brand new, spacious rooms and good facilities such as the fitness centre. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The photos provided are accurate, and a short ride to the airport/short walk to the Metro into central Milan. There’s also a bus stop nearby. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The only criticism was the service in the restaurant was a little slow, albeit there was a very large party present. And some scuffs on the wall in the room.

It is a new and beautiful hotel. The location of the hotel is far from the metro station, but a taxi to the Duomo is about 15 euros. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked your hotel very much. İ would like to mention a negative note as the transfer to Malpenza airport, which I ordered by your hotel as a fixed price of 130 euros, cost me 150 euros, because the driver charged me that much money. This is not appropriate for a hotel like yours.

Breakfast was good. Staff were much attentive and accommodating. Beds were comfortable. Everyday coffee pods in-room replenishment was excellent. Beds and pillows were super comfortable Far from the city but number 38 bus stop is 200 meters away to reach nearest train station

Rooms were small compared to other Marriott Bathroom shower knob is weird round shaped and impossible to turn while your hand is slippery with soap- a towel becomes handy

Really smart and modern, great hotel. The lobby was very well kept with plenty of seating if you arrived early, and helpful staff.

Not much at all! Only thing i’d say is where taxi’s dropped off / picked up, that area could’ve possibly been a bit more maintained. And where the gate was, the paint was peeling off the sign and it was a little dirty. Unsure if this area belongs to BT tower next door so there might be only so much you can do.
