The staff at the hotel were fantastic, assisted us with travel arrangements getting into Milan (note this is around 45 mins via 38 bus / metro to Milan city) taxi from Milan around €30. Our room MILAN was superb, the rooms are like small apartments with great facilities, we had a jacuzzi in the room which was great. The accommodation we would stay again, knowing about local transport to get around as there is very little locally, a restaurant few mins walk but not great food, otherwise it is out on the suburbs and reliant on transport to get anywhere.

The location is some way out of Milan, public transport is reliable and good value but takes some planning/ orientation. Nothing local to the hotel.

Even though the hotel is a distance from the centre ans located behind a gas station, it is a great little hotel! The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning kept the space cool, the shower room was well stocked and had good water pressure. Breakfast was just what we needed to start the day too. Great place! We loved it! The staff were brilliant, so warm and welcoming and friendly, the lady on front desk was brilliant ( I’m sorry I cannot remember your name😳)she gave us lots of advice and information and was very charming. She was just great 😊. We had a lovely stay.

The location was very far out, but I think it’s more for airport stop overs. But we didn’t mind and we got to see a part of Milan that we would not have seen if we were more central.

The room was excellent and the staff was so kind. Breakfast was also so yummy and we could eat as much as we wanted to. The location is not in the center, but Milan has good traffic connections so that wasn't a problem. We would like to come again. :)

The area around the hotel is not the most beautiful, considering that the hotel is located behind a gas station. But it wasn't a big problem so it's okay.

The hotel itself was really nice. Marco sent me a text hours before our arrival to give us a code to enter the building and the name of our room. When we got there, he was actually there to greet us. Everybody was really nice. We had the New York room, which is a loft room with 2 queen beds and a jacuzzi tub in the room. The room was cleaned everyday, fresh towels & smelled really good. Breakfast looked good every morning, they have a coffee dispenser machine in the Breakfast room. We didn't get to have breakfast there as we were on the go early every day of our stay. For dinner, our first night we went to The Galet restaurant thats right around the corner on foot. The ambiance was awesome & the food was good. The wifi went down one evening which i noticed happens a lot in Italy, I went down to desk & it was fixed within 20 minutes. Overall our stay was great.

The location from the center of Milan. 15 minutes away with a car. We were on foot so we relied on Taxi. If you download the app FreeNow(MyTaxi) you can book/pre-book your taxi which was very convenient. But if taxi is not in your budget then I'm sure you can take public transportation but when we looked into it it would take about 38 minutes. There is a nightclub nearby you can hear the music at night, personally it didn't bother us but I could understand being annoying for some.

The room was very spacious and very clean ..Shower was amazing and staff on point ..shout to Ornella she was so good let us come check early .. Will definitely recommend

Location is far from all amenities

Close to the airport (€13 taxi), huge room, clean, quiet and cool. Duomo was easy 40min trip via bus (reception sell tickets)

nothing at… just the outside is a bit of a ‘surprise’ when you get dropped off .. think dodgy US hotel where fugitives hang out in the movies. also don’t expect too much from breakfast. it’s basic Italian fare. despite above I would gladly stay here again.

Spacious rooms. Well appointed with all plush amenities. Good workspace table. Very friendly and welcoming staff

No Hot Breakfast. I basically had cereal and coffee everyday. Even the fresh croissants were cold or at least not-even-warm Location looks strange, basically surrounded by car-wash and gas-station, Lot of graffiti but actually the place and people outside are very very safe. No stores in walking distance. But good food options available

It was so simple and clean, good showers and comfy beds. Bed was always made when we return from day trips. Staff were helpful and booked our taxi for us and made sure we were topped up with water juice breakfast etc. Air con was great too!

The location isn't amazing, we had to walk 18-20 mins to the closest bus or tram stop to get into Milan City centre. Basic supplies so no ironing board or iron facilities available.

Nice room, quiet. Very modern and clean. Nice, simple breakfast. Staff was very helpful.

Was quite far from the Milan airport, and even the central train station.

The location is okey. Taxi is not too expensive. Or you can take 1 bus and 1 metro to center. Also behind a carwash so noice can be abit annoying
