I recently stayed at Lugano Hotel, and I must say that the experience was fantastic. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the cleaning staff. I want to give special mention to Mr. Rubin who went above and beyond to ensure everything was spotless and perfect. He wasn’t only thorough in his work but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. It's clear that he made a significant difference in my stay. I highly recommend this place, especially because of the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by such dedicated staff. Thank you, dear Rubin, for making my stay so memorable!

Location couldn't be better! Literally less than 70-80 meters far from the metro station, 2 minutes walking. 10 minutes to Duomo. Fabulous!! 😊 Room: I had checked the hotel on street view before my arrival and to be honest, I was not expecting much 😅 I was surprised to find a VERY CLEAN and NEAT hotel! 😊 It was such a positive experience and I shall only choose this hotel in Milan in the future.

Maybe a mini fridge inside the room could very useful especially in summer, that is all I can name.

Front desk worked 24/7 and immediately helped me around my check-out which was very early in the morning and not in a time they specified. The staff was great. The location is very near to the subway so the travel to the City Center was a breeze. The room was cosy, it was always clean, the cleaning lady came every morning. The bathroom was clean and was of decent size for me, for the 1 person room. WiFi connection was great. And it was a no smoking hotel.

Sometimes you could hear other through the walls, but this didn't bother me, because it was rare during my stay. The entrance to the hotel goes down the stairs so if you have laguage, you will have to carry it, but other than that, there is an elevator after that, so everything good.

Top location, very beautiful view from our room, staff very polite and always helpful, impeccable clean and changing the linen and the towels every day! You are a minute distance away from metro station and bus, trams…everything is wonderful. If you need to keep anything could, there is a fridge downstairs, by the reception desk. Thank you for the team who’s managing the hotel! Great job!

Central, essential, quiet, no light coming in at night.

It's sad that cost savings meant no personnel at all in the building. They could have avoided changing the towels every day.

The hotel is located about 1hr walking distance from the Duomo, city center, but 1 min from the metro which takes 10mins to get anywhere. The room is nice, functional, very clean and staff if friendly. The hotel is located close to restaurants. The room I stayed in has a big window and excellent shades.

Nice hotel with very kind stuff! I chose most of the time Hotel Lugano or Vienna because have metro station M2 and Lambrate train station nearby. This help me a lot mobility!
