Everything was fine. We had great time in the hotel and especially the hotel owner was very caring. Thanks for everything again. If you want to visit Milan you can prefer without thinking. Thanks for everything again ❤️

Receptionist very very friendly waited up for me after milan game when door was meant to lock at 1am he gave me a key to get back in but he stayed up until 2am for me absolutely gentlemen

The staff is friendly and available The room is clean and spacious. I find everything that I need.

There was shampoo and soap but I would prefer to have to give a better option for shampoo for the price of the room.

We had a great experience at Hotel Chopin. We went with our little dog and everyone was incredibly kind to us. It had everything we needed for a quick stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The personnel of the hotel were really helpful, we had to add one extra night at the last minute and they were able to help us. We chose the hotel for the location and we were not disappointed: close to cool areas, restaurants and bars. Easy to reach the city center in a few minutes using the subway couple of meters away. I would recommend it when visiting Milan on a budget.

The pressure of the shower was a little low, but nothing major.

The staff was very nice, they welcomed us very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, we had such a good time here :)

The reception man is approachable.
