Firstly I want to say that the reception desk is the best one out there. They are very kind, will help you with everything you need at any hour, probably the best reception desk we've ever seen. Secondly the rooms were very clean and big enough. The rooms were cleaned every day, and they made it to be cleaned exactly when you went for breakfast so you wouldn't be bothered by it. Third and not the least, the breakfast was excellent. You had a lot to eat from fruits to cereals, eggs, bacon, etc. Fresh orange juice or pinnaple , cappuccino, latte machiato, tea, everything you want. It's only 1 minute away from the metro station, which makes it literally perfect. Also, for smokers, they had a small place where you can smoke and take your coffee as smoking in Milano is forbidden. Also to mention that even if we had the check-in at 14:00 they gave us the room at 09:00 in the morning and that was great.

Everything was very clean and the staff were very helpful and professional. I loved the food options that were available for breakfast time. I wrapped up a couple of treats with me for my train ride back to France. Boy did they come in handy lol. While they’re in Italy, if you are interested in sighting seeing, trying good food spots, & touring Milano; the train station is nearby and walkable (3-5 mins) distance. The train ride to the Duomo Cathedral is about 25-30 mins and it’s pretty easy to navigate and cost about 4 euros in total to travel there and back to the hotel. Also, if you are coming to the hotel from the train station, I would recommend taking a taxi to and from the hotel as the traffic can be crazy and it’s going to take about 30-35 mins. I think you can experience a wonderful time if you are there in Milan, Italy for a day in half like I did. It’s worth it, but you have to plan accordingly to maximize your experience and know the things you want to do. If I were to ever go back to Italy, I would book the same hotel again! :)

I didn’t like that the shower was pretty narrow and a little challenging getting in and stepping up to get out. I’m pretty tiny and it was a challenge for me. Also, the a/c system was a challenge to use as it seemed to be already preset on a specific temperature. Because of that, my room was warm. I travel with a little portable fan so that helped me out a lot especially throughout the night. Last thing, the WiFi internet ran a little slow at times. Other than that, I had a great experience and would book again. The difference is, I would be more vocal about the warmth of the room & the internet use. However, I was super tired traveling solo and was more concerned about resting, eating, and enjoying all that I could in the little time that I had.

The room was very clean, breakfast was decent, your typical italian breakfast with croissant, cheese, fruit, and also hot food like scramble eggs, breakfast hotdogs and bacons, and of course great coffee. The shower is as small as some of the other comments and reviews, but i was completely ok with it, bathroom was spotless too! Oh, and the front desk person Andre, let me check in 2 hours early, upgraded me from a single-bed room to a double (queen?) size bed room, i really appreciated it

They were doing some maintenance work during the day time, when i stepped out of the elevator my floor, i thought i was on a construction level that was off limit because of the equipment on the floor, turned out its just they were doing some work, and the next day, drilling sound was happening either above or below my floor. But i wasn't planning on staying in the room during the day so it was ok

Everything was wonderful. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood and very close to the subway station as well as the train station, just perfect for those who want to move around the city. The employees where very kind from the moment I went to the reception, especially Mr. Andrei who helped with everything was needed. The breakfast was great and you can find whatever you like, especially if you love sweets. The cleaning was on top everyday and the rooms where quite spacious. Next to the hotel is a supermarket where you can find what you need. I truly recommend and I will most likely come back anytime.

The staff at the front desk were very kind, helpful, and welcoming. They helped provide solutions to any concerns I had; for example: I didn't want to leave one of my bags in the regular storage area because it had some expensive things in it, and I didn't want it to get broken or stolen, and they offered to hold it behind their desk until I returned! They also gave me information about monuments and landmarks to visit in Milano and a map!

The food could have been a bit better cooked but still good nonetheless. I wish they had some dairy alternatives easily visible for my coffee or if they could make a cappuccino with a dairy alternative, because all I saw was the coffee machine. But maybe they could have done that had I just asked so I don't know.

The location is the greatest advantage, some 2 minutes away from the metro and 3 minutes from a train station from which you can explore the Lombardia region. The staff is helpful. Special thanks to one of the guys from the reception. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. Really enjoyed our talks! The bed was very comfortable, the ladies took care of the room everyday, the breakfast was also good. I particularly liked the cupcakes. If you want to have breakfast somewhere else there are several options close by the hotel.

I would arrange the bathroom in a different way so there is more space under the shower

The hotel staff were helpful and recommended us some great spots to visit and guided us throughout the stay. The room was prepared for us an hour before the check in time according to our request and brewed some Italian coffee for us upon arrival. The room was cleaned daily and had change of towels according to use. Good breakfast, offering pastries, cereals, fruit, and warm items. The location was perfect. Next to the hotel there is a mini market, a gelateria, pizzerias and other restaurants. It was just one minute away from lambrate metro stop. 4 stops away from Centrale stop (10 mins away). 20 mins away from duomo stop!

The shower cubicle was small and the there was only concealed rain shower. All it needs is an additional shower head with hose.

This is a solid three-star hotel in Milan. Very clean and modern. The staff is friendly and professional. It is only a couple of minutes walk from the metro line that goes to the Central Station and to other important places in the city, so that you can move around easily in Milano from there. The breakfast is quite reasonable (recall that this is a three-star hotel, so you can't expect certain things).

The area of Milan is nothing special on its own. You're not "right in the middle of the action." But this is mitigated by the fact that it is well connected to the metro, and also trams and buses.

The hotel is in a good location very close to the train station and to a subway line. The room was spacious, very clean, at the windows there where very good blinds, the staff was very friendly, the room since it was January and quite cold was very warm. You had sockets next to your bed, the room was cleaned every day, the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was very good, eggs, bacon, grilled veggies, cheese, meats, yogurt, sweets, very plentiful

In some of the days the eggs didn't look that fine, they should have been better scrambled(you still had plenty of foods to choose from). In the bathroom the shower is very small and also the head of the shower was fixed not flexible. (It was still very good)

The location was perfcet, easy to reach, metro station 3 minutes, the area is nice and safe and quiet. The staff were really helpful. The breakfast was superb, salty and sweet, fruits, yoghurt, everything. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. I'd definitely go back.

In the bathroom the shower cabin was quite small and the overhead showerhead is fixed. I suggest to use the shower cap provided.
