This hotel has a very low rating, but I felt it was completely unjustified. True, it has little taste in decor (apart from the quite smart bathroom)... but it was absolutely clean, functional and spacious...

The alley leading to the Hotel was dark and shabby looking. Once inside the reception is not that inviting but upstair, in the rest of the hotel, it's is very very acceptable. I didn't like the 10 euro surcharge for checking in after 10pm - the usual⁶ Italian style trick of scrounging more money off you any way they can. It is written in the small print, so I wasn't arguing.

me and my parents felt welcomed. Once when we missed the hotel, and passed by it, the reception team was kind enough to go outside and let us know that we missed the hotel (as they knew that we were just going for the morning coffee).

Nothing I did not like, just an FYI as on Google I found many comments from people who did not check on Booking if the room has a private bathroom or not. Maybe a good suggestion to double check this prior to booking in order to make your stay as planned. Its a very good service for cheap and the metro and market are 4min away by foot.

It is well located and the metro station are not so far. In the interior, the staff is very kind, all the building is clean and well perfumed and the rooms are comfortable.
