The rooms were a good size and clean. Location is directly opposite Crescenzago Metro station on the M2 line. We chose this area as we stayed in Hotel Agape in 2012 which is a stones throw from this hotel, however, they didn't have occupancy for 6 people when we needed to stay. Located in a quiet suburb and a great restaurant on the doorstep called Stella Marina. If you want real authentic Italian cuisine then you need to visit there. Good location if visiting for Monza F1 as direct train from Centrale FS is about 15 mins away by metro and it's €10 return for the Monza Special train and shuttle and €2.20 to get to Centrale FS. Got back from Monza by public transport in around an hour. Staff were on reception 24/7 and no request was refused at any point. Breakfast served daily from 7.30 to 10.30 with a mix of European style breakfast,.fresh coffee, cereals and pastries. I would stay here again if I came back to Milan for another trip.

Four days in to our stay we came back to find the air con not operational. When we enquired at the front desk we were told that it had been switched off as the manager decided that it had to be. When on it could not go lower than 24°C which I thought was barmy as.it was 36° outside. My son has seizures and doesn't cope well with the heat so we picked a hotel with air con for this reason. I told them I was not happy and it got put back to 19° and stayed that way. The only issue we come across was this.

Excellent location, right next to the subway station. Great customer service, in particular Luca and Vanessa were awesome hosts.

However, I had much difficulty reaching the first day since neither the hotel's name was mentioned anywhere on the front nor google maps showed which subway exit to take. A little description on the hotel page about subway exit and hotel's facade will help newcomers.

The breakfast was fine but I would have really appreciated if there were more savoury options like vegetables or cheese or scrambled eggs. The sweet available options are delicious but not very healthy especially at breakfast

The staff were very welcoming and helpful for everything we needed, the hotel is located very close to the metro and is a short ride to the center. There is private parking that is safe and closed at night.

The hotel needs a refresh but is clean and has everything necessary for a comfortable stay

For a great price I had a nice size room that was 100 meters from the metro just a few stops from downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip.

Great property in a great location. The hotel is just one minute away from Crescenzago metro, which is very handy. I am a wheelchair user and I booked the hotel for their wheelchair accessible room, and I cannot fault it. There was enough space in the room for me to manoeuvre, plus the bathroom was well equipped with shower seat, and plenty of handrails. There is a permanent ramp in place at the entrance of the hotel also. I was provided with more than enough towels for my stay. Wifi functioned well - I was even able to watch a film with it! Bed was very comfy, I slept excellently. Staff were all very friendly and super helpful. I was here for 5 nights and I will definitely return next time I am in Milan.

They cleaned our room every day and they changed the towels,receptionists are very kind and guide the guests,location of hotel is safe and very close to the metro station.

The hotel is a very convenient position: two steps from the metro station, close to bar, bakery and restaurants, yet in a very quiet area. The staff was amazing and welcoming, they very looked after us and everyone was very kind. The room was bigger than expected, very clean and I loved the moder forniture/colour. I really had a great experience.
