Exceptional location. Descent breakfast for a 3 star hotel The rooms are good enough and decent for the purpose of the stay — clean, functional, and comfortable for short- or medium-term use, especially considering the emotionally and physically demanding circumstances many guests face. It's not a luxury stay, but it offers what really matters in this context: convenience, rest, and peace of mind.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like during my stay. Everything met my (strict) expectations, especially considering the purpose of the visit.

Great breakfast and staff are very kind and professional ones. Everything you want on bath and towels will be changed daily. The bar and restaurant are also great. The hotel is it very quit even it's near highway. Thank you.

The hotel furniture it's a little bit old and the location it is a little bit far from Milan downtown and touristic attractions. You can reach with metro train + a small metro without driver (one station to hospital Rafael) or by taxi.

I liked everything, although if may I suggest an improvement would be a hospital shuttle service for guests, of course at a fee. Sometimes, specifically if a guest has mobility challenges, it would make a big difference if the hotel could offer a shuttle service to the area in the hospital the guest needs to go to. Thank you!

You charged me for 2 rooms??? I booked another one directly, I‘m using you only very seldom even I travel a lot. I would giving booking.com only a 1, I‘m using Travelocity. Often I have to call the Hotels directly because to get a room because they don‘t want to give you rooms. I hope Agent a refund for 1 room!!!

Very convenient position - Close to San Raffaele hospital. Good restaurant with good food quality. Old style hotel with all the options in the bathroom, curtesy sleepers etc.

Not so close to public transportation to reach the city center. Parking slot available, but with extra fee.

Considering our requirements for the business trip we've had, Hotel Rafael was a great choice for us. We needed private parking - check Breakfast - check Nice & Clean & fairly Spacious Room - check Able to issue Invoice (needed for our company) - check Prompt & Nice & Helpful Staff - check Free Wi-Fi - check And it was also reasonably close to the location where we needed to go...but this of course varies from person to person. Hence, I definitely recommend Hotel Rafel :)

All good! Nothing to complain about. Clean, simple, all works, positive English speaking staff. Great location, it would be interesting and funny to use monorail train from hotel to city subway. 300 meters from hotel to mono train. Highly recommend for solo travellers. Breakfast is included 7-10am, good choice: eggs, bacon, omelette, coffee and juices. A/c works, water is on, what else to wish? Highly recommend

If you need to be at the hospital, then the location is great. If you have to go to the city, then it’s a strange place to be.

The location next to the hospital san rafaele is perfect if you have a conference there.

My room had a noisy ventilator/heating system that wouldn’t turn off. Just unlucky with the malfunctioning in this room I guess. But otherwise great.

It was very clean and the room was cleaned daily. The restaurant is very good and offers some goodies. The hotel is located on the grounds of San Rafael, here you can also find shopping, laundry service and much more. The hotel is right next to a hospital. From the hotel you can get to the subway station very quickly by electronic train. The service staff is very friendly and helpful. The car can be left free of charge (included in the room rate) in the hotel parking lot in the secured area.
