Clean room. Across the street is a nice restaurant that stays open late. Nice Breakfast was included. Plenty of free parking.

The lobby front reception staff was not very friendly. The restaurant people were very friendly.

Excellent front desk staff- Stephan helped me find my wallet when I accidentally dropped my wallet in a taxi. He helped us find and tracked the taxi. He never stopped to follow up with the taxi company until it was returned to us. What a big relief. I offered Stephan(sorry if I spelled his name wrong) a reward for helping me but he refused and said it is his job to help customers. He deserves a promotion! Thank you very much, Stephan!

The rooms are clean. The staff is very helpful. There are plenty of parking spaces. Half an hour to the Bergamo Airport. We enjoyed the breakfast, there were variety of options to ear.

The metro station is not right next to it, first day we used the one close to the hotel (not by walking, we parked the car at the station parking lot) and regret it, the next day we had to drive to the next station because not all the trains continue to the hotel’s station, we had to wait 20 min. at the previous station which is the last stop for some trains.

-Good location only 20min by car from Duomo Milan Had restaurant across the road (except of hotel's restaurant) and super markets nearby - Clean room , spacious bathroom and bedroom, comfortable and big bed - Private underground parking as well as public parking outside - Delicious breakfast with a variety of croissants and cakes - Friendly and kind staff -Overall I think it was vfm, although it could be a bit cheaper in October

- The only minor negative was that we had to wait 25-30min after our arrival to get our room prepared, although we arrived on time. However, due to the rest of the hotel's positive facts I did not consider it as important

We stayed for two nights,as we were going to the F1 GP. It's not in a bad location for that. It's a good hotel with a pretty good breakfast selection. Also a great restaurant on the opposite side of the road, Bar Ristorante Pizzeria Costasud, worth a visit.

There isn't any tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The temperature for the air con is controlled from reception and last.They have Sky , but no English channels.

Comfortable beds, big triple room, spacious bathroom with window, nice choices in breakfast, delicious cakes. Friendly staff and nice renovated interior.

Quite far from the city center, but you already know it when you book it. It takes a metro and a bus to get there from Milano Centrale or Duomo

Easy reachable from motorway. A lot of parking spaces in front of the hotel or in the hotel garage. A satisfying choice for breakfast: cheese, salami, jam, butter, scrambled eggs and a lot of different kind of pastries.

Metro is around 1 km away.

A nice comfortable hotel with no frills but with everything you need. Quite decent breakfast. Convenient that there is underground parking with elevator to the hotel floor. And besides free of charge. 3-5 minutes by car to cafes, stores, banks.

The breakfast was not really full, we expected a bit more especially when we arrive before the closing time…

Very comfortable accommodation, and the staffing was very helpful.

My only complaint would be that the shower pressure and temperature wasn't ideal to me. Using the shower was perfectly fine, but it might need looking at.
