The hotel is older, but I rate it well. It's nothing luxurious, but everything was clean within its limits. Every day the room was cleaned, towels were changed, and toiletries were restocked. The room had functional air conditioning, a TV, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. I have nothing to complain about, considering we only used the hotel for sleeping. The hotel has parking in front of the building, as well as an internal parking lot.

The problem is that it's next to a busy road, and the windows only protect against the weather, so more sensitive tourists might only be able to sleep with earplugs.

The staff were diligent and friendly; very good breakfast in the reception area; the facilities were clean and adequate; the hotel was well located, making very easy to travel to the city by Metro and avoid using the car; there is a shopping center near the hotel with restaurants and supermarket; there is public parking outside the hotel. Near the Metro station there is a paved path flanking a quiet canal, very good for a relaxing stroll.

The size of the bathroom, at least ours was small, especially the shower; apart from that, we were very pleased.

I recently stayed at a hotel that I absolutely loved, and it was all thanks to the amazing service provided by all staff especially Edmond from reception . From the moment I arrived, sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Staff were always friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thank you, Edmonds, for making my stay so memorable!

Charming and friendly staff who knows they are there to make your stay to be the best. Breakfast contained a typical European breakfast (egg, toast bread, juices, yoghurt, many types of cereals, with delicious Italian espresso from the barista and the Italian sweet stuff (if you prefer for breakfast). My bathroom and sleeping room where exceptionally large, and there was air cooling installed. Surprisingly quite, dispite the last and first flight from Linate could be heard at 22.30 and from 07.00 in the morning, traffic was not heard or disturbing and the surroundings were quite and nice for being far out. The price is half that of the city center, which makes it really worth it. But you need 24 min on the M2 subway to reach Garibaldi, which is not much given a big city like Milan. Daytime M2 goes every 10 min. If you anyway need 10-15 min on a subway from the city, you mind as well take the M2 24 min.

If you want a location of a hotel in the city center this Arcobaleno is far out. But the M2 lines goes frequently and take only 24 min to Garibaldi. After 22.00, the M2 goes every 30 min, so it is good to look up the departure if spending the evening in town.

Staff were super friendly and very helpful, especially as my son was ill. The room was air conditioned and spotlessly clean.

The mattress was very hard (but this is a matter of personal taste). Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be a welcome addition.

the hotel is in vimodrone, close to milan. the personal is super nice and friendly. pet friendly hotel with clean rooms and italian brwakfast. quality vs price is top.own parking and plenty of parking outside available.

nothing to complain. you know what you book. for a shoet stay this is a hotel i recommend. but it should be the standard room if possible. again, the staff is one of the most friendly one.

Really good breakfast, friendly staff, spacious rooms, clean hotel. Hotel is outside city center but it is close to metro (5 min wlak). You can park your car on the street close to the hotel and use metro to visit city center and avoid traffic and high parking fee.

Beds were uncomfortable.

Very friendly, receptive and helpful staff. Small hotel, but very cosy and almost feels like home in many ways. The breakfast choices were very nice, not too heavy and well balanced. The room in which I stayed is comfortable and clean.

Nothing negative to say about the hotel.

The hotel is elegant, clean, beauty of colors. Very nice rooms, pleasant perfume, and all accessories you need are there. The breakfast lounge is lovely, very good choice of food, the staff is very polite and cheerful.
