This is in a safe and quiet location in Milano 2. It is an taxi ride to the city center but can relax here. The staff are always helpful and speak good English. We have stayed here before!

The carpet could use some updating but it's not too bad.

Good spacious hotel. Rooms are excellent. Bus stand is just infront of the hotel door. Good asian restaurants in the same boundary of the hotel.

Facilities are not like a hotel in NH Milaon 2 Residence. The hotel of the same property which is their main area seems to be better. Basic facilities like room slippers should be there. Also, atleast small water bottles which were not provided are expected from a hotel like property. Also, if you want any cutleries you need to go to the reception and take because there is no room service.

The lake nearby. In the room there is kitchen . 5 mins walk to supermarket. 10 mins walk to the hospital. Bus stop infront of the hotel

The time of check- in is late at 3 pm. The lady from the reception was so kind to make us check-in 1 hour earlier, but the normal time is 3 which i find is so late

It is a very spacious accomodation. Suitable for families. Great amenities and an amazing bistrot downstairs for a great meal.

The rooms are slightly aged, but not too bad.

We had a room overlooking a lake which had terrapin, coi and some sort of otter looking animal. Staff were friendly at all hours and went above and beyond

The restaurant was closed. Only open for breakfast but that was just for the weekend I was there, it reopens soon!

The room was big, the bed was really soft and comfortable that I really wanted to spend the whole day lying on it, there was a nice bathtub in our bathroom and the view was amazing. The staff was really friendly and always ready to help anytime. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like or need to visit Segrate.

Unfortunately the wifi connection was really bad, I could barely watch videos on YouTube or use my Spotify. Even though I had a nice stay there.

The location is very good, the residence is huge and built in a nice surrounding and neighbourhood. Facing an artificial lake with fish and tortoises. A park too. Bars and restaurants down the residence. Cascina Gobba metro station is the closest. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds incredibly comfortable

It was clean and well kept, good view .Would stay again.

We got in late, it was dark, hard to find check in. Someone to show us to the right building would have been nice.

The staff are amazing at the reception and the restaurant. They are really helpful, decent and welcoming all the people in a friendly manner.

There was an issue with the bed sheets, but they did fix it and I would like to thank the Mr. who was at the reception that night for his fast response and doing his best to solve the issue.

Very good breakfast, large room, comfy beds, nice staff, very quiet and calm location next to a small lake

Breakfast is located in a different building so you need to exit outside to reach it. The hotel has not been renovated for a while and you can see it, (dirty walls, stains on the carpets)
