Beautiful setting and wonderful garden

Breakfast was not good.

Pool was silent and not crowded. Room was enough for a family. Relatively old facilities but clean and efficient. Has a green and peaceful garden.

The navigation brings you to the wrong street. The staff don't speak English, you can communicate by Google translate. Or you can call the owners who speak English. It says breakfast included but it is not a real breakfast, especially for a family with 2 kids. We had to buy fresh stuff at the supermarket.

The location is nice, only 5 minutes drive from Leolandia. The room is spacious and the pool is very nice.

Breakfast: there are only some packaged products. Some bread and some other options would be nice. The price is to high for what you get.

Pool was excellent, clean and spacious. Bedroom was quite small for 5 people and air con was average strength.

Bunk bed mattresses very hard. Outside lights in bbq area didn’t work.

Very nice pool, large and deep with tries around so there was plenty of shade.

There is NO TRANSFER to airport, he just gives you taxi drivers number. Also breakfast is not really the breakfast, you will have some buns and jam served on the table in your room when you arrive. No fresh food at all, also 1 capsule for each adult for morning coffee. The villa is large and beautifully build but this is more like a scam.

For 2 people we paid the price of a 5 star hotel, but the room was more like a hostel. Unpleasant experience with owner: you could hear everything from the guests in the adjoining room, who had a loud child, it was as if they were in the same room which woke us up very early in the morning many times. Exhausted, we overslept 10am checkout by 30mins. The owner banged on the door aggresively and tried to force his way in despite us being undressed. We promptly exited the property, and were aggresively verbally assualted by the owner during our entire walk out of the property grounds, even though the owner knows we don't understand Italian.

The place was very uncomfortable, bed and bed covers old, they make a noise when you move on them, and you move a lot because they are so uncomfortable. Didnt sleep well at all and cancelled the second night of our stay. Heating, lights, abscence of a kettle, swamp instead of a pool, all made this experience to be very poor for us.

There ist NO!!! Breakfast, just two dry Croissants and Milk! They want 150 Euro pro Night, the Owner was very agressive, he just wants the Money, understands nothing! It's very, very dirty, Beds old and noisy, nobody speaks Englisch or any other Language besides Italian! Absolute Horror!!!
