I recently stayed at the Palace Hotel Zingonia and had a pleasant experience. This hotel offers great value for money and is an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful throughout my stay, always available to assist with any requests. The room itself was comfortable, with a modern, spacious bathroom and a bed that provided a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the small but well-equipped gym, perfect for getting in a workout without leaving the hotel. The breakfast selection was impressive, featuring fresh, high-quality products and excellent coffee straight from the machine. Additionally, the hotel offers a spacious, free parking lot, which is very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Palace Hotel Zingonia. It’s a great option with friendly service and all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

The only downside was the lack of a kettle in the room, but the staff quickly provided one upon request, which was much appreciated.

We stayed as a family of 4 for one night. Very convenient for Leolandia. 10 minutes driving with free car park. The room is big enough and clean. There are toiletries and towels for everyone. Very comfortable stay. Breakfast was included and with plenty of options. Daniela from the restaurant is just the best. We received top services from her. In general, the hotel was a great choice for our Leolandia trip!

We stayed there for only one night on our first day in Italy. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. A lady in the restaurant was super nice. We got a happy vibe from the staff! Grazie!

The hospital is nearby the hotel, and ambulances are often rushing there. The sirens that ambulances make during the night and early morning were a bit disturbing, but it’s no one’s fault.

Very clean, spacious rooms, kind staff, very good location in the surrounding area, excellent breakfast. Kind and professional staff. A perfect choice for a business trip.

Warm rooms in the winter time were highly appreciated, but it would be good if fans could more easily be set to retain cooler temperatures trough the night for those that like cooler rooms while sleeping.

We were given a free upgrade to a really nice suite with a marvelous view of the distant Alps on one side and the agricultural plains of Italy on the other side.

The kitchenette did not have utensils or plates, etc., therefore seemed unecessary without those accomodations. Has we stayed a bit longer, some of that would have been nice.

The hotel has had a lot of investment in it, the standard was very high which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was very quiet when we arrived but got busier towards the evening. Its a hotel that ideally situated to support the local businesses as its on the edge of a very busy logistics area.

The hotel is of high calibre in terms of furnishings etc but lacked atmosphere, it was a more transient style of hotel than guests coming to stay to visit the area for leisure. We hadn't picked up on that when booking.

the shower didn’t have a door so you have to place several towels so there is not a flood. in may, you cannot use the air conditioning so you have to leave the balcony door open and there was noise from the street (car, trucks etc)

Very nice and polite staff at the reception as also the lady that assisted us during breakfast. Very nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Parking is free. Be with a car is highly recommended!

We slept there as a family of 4 + grandma after a late night flight to Bergamo. The hotel feels brand new, the room was large and spotlessly clean. Staff was very professional and friendly, with 24h check-in.

Breakfast was only until 9.30. I understand the hotel target is more business than family oriented but we had to skip the included breakfast because we arrived very late at night and couldn't wake up on time. On the flipside, they didn't ask us to pay extra despite the late checkout.

This hotel was midway between our business and the airport, so the location was great. Easy to reach and find. Clean and comfy. Staff are friendly.

Wi-Fi in upper rooms at the end of the passage is dodgy. I had to ask them to change my room, but they were very happy to oblige.
