The staff were friendly. The bathroom was clean and had lots of space. The bedroom was also large and had lots of space as well. It was also very clean too.

There wasn’t much we didn’t like. However, the lift didn’t work for us when we went down to have breakfast. But besides from that, there wasn’t much we didn’t like.

Staff was excellent, we had to change our room as our neighbors were extremely loud , they were drinking and smoking. Staff gave us an other room without any hassle . In the new room the A/C was working and was very quiet. Bed was very comfortable had a good sleep.

The room was very spacious. The water was hot as soon as you opened a faucet. The location was very good, near the road with some restaurants around.

The mattress was too old. The room temperature was a bit cold but there was no extra duvet for use

Staff very nice and helpful. Credit machine didn't work when came to charge for breakfast so they waived fee. Room decent and clean. Good wifi. Very good value overall.

Not clear how to regulate temperature in room. I was comfortable in room but control didn't seem to work.

Value for money for sure ! Can't be understated. Loved the beds and was very clean.

Really friendly staff who welcomed us when we arrived close to midnight after a long flight and long wait for our rental car. She also brought our food to the door after heating it up late in the night.

It looks like a brand new room. Everything is clean and nice. They also provide the parking spot, which is important for us.

This is our first time staying at this hotel. The room was clean with comfortable bed, free parking. Friendly staff who speaks English. I recommend it.

There were no extra pillows. The room was for the disabled.

Clean, spacy rooms, privat parking place. No far away from the Bergamo airport, late check in possible. We stayed just for one night, before long trip, so I dont know about the area arount if you are without car or want to see something.

Solid breakfast, good wifi, very kind and fluent in English staff. Rooms are spacious and a good size bathroom with excellent shower.
