Fantastic stay!! It all starts with the team - a young and dynamic team who go out of their way to cater to their guests needs. The attention to detail is second to none. We opted to stay here during the Italian F1 race and we were not disappointed. Whilst the distance is greater than staying in Milano, travel time by car and traffic congestion was significantly less. It also gave us easy access to the lakes and Bergamo. The area itself is tranquil and a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the spa facilities. I would be remiss not to mention food - the chef's take on classic local plates were absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, and the flavours came through with each bite. On par with Michelin restaurants without the prices and attitude.

Having flown into Bergamo airport at 9 pm, we decided that a stay locally would be the best way to start the holiday, enabling us to set off fresh for our adventures the next morning. As it turned out there was an incredible thunderstorm, and so we were very relieved not to have to go too far. This hotel is about a 15 min drive from the airport, very easy to find and has ample parking. The room was very modern and had great space and beautiful countryside views. As we were only there on a quick stop we didnt use the spa. The breakfast was great with freshly made eggs.

Reception staff seemed a little distracted with other jobs or people. A minor issue though.

I wanted a quiet location in the countryside near Bergamo for 3 nights. Perfect. Bright & clean. Spacious room. Recently renovated. Modern design touches. Very few guests when I was there. Very personal attention from the staff! Lovely grounds & views to the nearby hills. The warm-water wellness-pools are welcome for a tired traveler. The breakfast room is bright and cheerful. Lovely fresh food. Drinks & snacks in the room, including hot-water cooker & coffee. About 30 min drive into Bergamo for sight-seeing. Nearby Osteria in the forest was a great tip from Maurizio, the hotel manager. Would love to return for a longer stay!

Best to arrive by car. GPS directions from Google maps & TomTom both need improvement. But if you do your homework ahead of time and find out where the hotel is, you will get there. The manager, Maurizio sent me a TXT before arrival with more exacting details, but I had already figured it out. Wellness pools cost extra and use of the spa also. Not cheap, but a special place.

The staff could not have been more accommodating, the venue was excellent and much better than the pictures give credit. The views are just spectacular. The staff particularly Maurizio, could not have been a better host. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable and memorable. So peaceful and comfortable with lots of little extras that are complementary. Nice breakfast too.

Hotel was better than expected. Only down side was getting a taxi to the hotel (this was a downside to all the hotels I considered in Milan) however it was worth the transfer cost (we paid €45 each way with a private transfer )

It’s location,very tranquil and peaceful,our evening dinner was the best of our whole week trip, staff very nice, Spa facilities were great and very affordable, really enjoyed staying here

New and freshly renovated, the hotel is quiet and clean with beautiful surroundings. The staff was professional, kind and available for any request. The spa was very pleasant and clean, and we also had a very great massage!

Perfect for a quiet wellness vacation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options from fresh and dried fruits, cornflakes, pancakes and waffles. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

The hotel is beautiful, located in a secluded location in the quiet of nature. The wellness area is wonderful and completely clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. All in all, it was a wonderful short break for us.

Maybe would be easier to provide sleepers for the pools.
