The room was amazing, it was cleaned well and exactly as presented in the photos. Localization was also great, with many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. The very welcoming host was what made the biggest impression on me. He immediately gave us tips about places worth visiting. He also responded to each of my texts within 2 minutes or less. Each small defect, such as tv not working or a broken wine glass, was solved within just a couple of minutes. We had our flight back in the late afternoon, and we could leave our luggage in a safe space, waiting for us to get them back. Hosts like that make the biggest difference.

The room was spacious and this is a very big plus in the older buildings in the older parts of the city. The bathroom was equally spacious and fully appointed. The common space was inviting and relaxing and a nice retreat to sip wine and enjoy the common ambiance….the lift was a nice feature for elder travelers with heavy bags and as mentioned we found the location tn low Bergamo to be ideal…IT WAS SUPER CLEAN and the greeting instructions by the property manager was inviting, informative and professional leaving us confident that we could have someone to turn to should the need arise. This facility is top notch for our travel wants and needs…

The accommodation is very close to bus stops, train station about 12-15 minutes walk. The hosts are lovely and very helpful. There's plates and cutlery, a microwave and kettle in the common area. Theres also coffee available. There's a little terrace for smoking. The room is big, clean and has towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo. We visited beginning of November so the room was nice and warm and had lovely thick duvets. There's glasses and a small fridge in the room. There's a pizza place just 2 doors down if you arrive late, they're open until about 11pm apart from Sundays. Lots of amenities around, lots of cafes and restaurants to pick from. We really enjoyed our stay at Quarenghi 16.

There's no plug points near the beds apart from the mini fridge. The plug points are the 3 pin type L. We had european 2 pin that didn't fit them. The round ones are just in the bathroom so we used those and the mini fridge as we didnt use the mini fridge.. I'm not sure of the wall 3 pin plugs work, they seem to sink in the wall.

Staff were exceptionally pleasant and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. Perhaps could offer a breakfast option for a fee but it really didn't matter since there were amenities in the common area for microwave, coffee, tea etc. Very close to the main square of the new city and a short(ish) walk (uphill) to the beautiful old city.

Perhaps a better selection of tea / herbal tea in the common area. This was limited to green tea - it may have been nice to offer a fruit option or peppermint. Also, I think we may have preferred our own kettle in the room had we been spending more time there but since we were out most of the time, it didn't matter.

We enjoyed our stay very much, it was the perfect holiday. The host was very friendly and he shared with us a lot us useful tips like where to eat, supermarkets and so on. The location is on a nice street, near to a lot of shops and restaurants, the funicular was about 15 minutes away and you could also walk to the upper town very easily from the location. We had free coffee and tea in the morning, everything was clean and comfortable, and on the last day we could leave our backpacks there after the check-out, which is very useful if you have a late flight. Totally recommend and we will for sure be back!

Extremely clean and modern room with a good shower and bathroom. You could have had a family of three there, so the price would have been extremely reasonable per person. I paid a little over $100 US on my own.

It would have been better for me personally if it were a bit closer to the upper part of the city, which has the most historic things. Others may want to be closer to shopping and restaurants, which it is.

Everything was great! Jack is a most caring and helpful man - the right person for the right job. All our wishes and requests were fulfilled, me and my family felt taken care of. Large, sunny, air-conditioned room. Big bathroom. We could leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out to explore Bergamo peacefully and without any burden. Very nice place... nice taras. The hotel was in a very good location and the owner was very kind to let us check in early. It was raining pretty hard when we got to Bergamo and we were soaking wet when we arrived at the hotel at around 10am. It was too early for check in and we were freezing cold but we were really grateful they allowed us to check in as soon as they finished cleaning the room.

The rooms were beautiful, really clean and super comfy beds. Jack, who greeted, us was really friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for getting to the station and the funicular to the Citta Alta and really close to lots of bars and restaurants. There's also a safe area to leave luggage if you have a later flight. We would definitely stay here again...

Quarenghi16 is located in a great part of the lower city close to restaurants and bars, and a short 15 minute walk to the funicular to Citta Alta. The room was large and well appointed. It should be noted that this is a guest house with no staff located at premises - which is fine and where contactable via WhatsApp at ant time. The facility had a large deck, and common area for relaxing and making tea and coffee. microwave and toaster were also available. No breakfast is provided but is close to many local cafes.

The Deluxe Double Room description (that I paid for) stated air conditioning and bidet. The aircon was not functional and there was no bidet in room. Thankfully the aircon was not needed due to time of year (late May), but the list of ammenities should be accurate. Minor points though
