It was at very convenient location for someone passing by and wants to be enough close to the airport. We have been upgraded to a nicer room and it was the most comfortable bed and bedsheet I have ever slept on.

A little heads up to Receptionist team there, I have notified the receptionist about missing towels as only one towel was there for 2 people and been told I can find extra in the wardrobe. I believe that when a hotel requires all guests details prior to stay they should pay attention to how many guests are checking into a room and then make arrangements accordingly. This didn’t make me feel too comfortable asking for what already meant to be prepared in a room.

Lovely modern rooms which are spacious and clean. The hotel is welcoming and staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great!

Location! It was far from the airport (30€ transfer) and a long walk to the station to transfer to Bergamo.

First of all the staff, professional, very helpful friendly, excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, we had outside of the room fresh water for free, the furnitures was really good Quality. There was free parking where on the night there is closed door and you feel safe about your car. We had dinner on the restaurant and the food was great but the service was excellent, the mister where served us was unbelievable good. The next time where we will be on Bergamo we will stay again in Mercure Hotel for sure.

front desk, cleaning staff and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location is not the best, there’s almost nothing around but it served its purpose for us. Bathrooms need deep cleaning, especially the showers. Nothing can be made by the cleaning staff but needs a deeper cleaning as there are some molds going on in the shower. Gentleman at the restaurant in the evening was quite rude, definitely not going to dine there if we stay again.

Location close to airport, and a fairly comfortable room.

Room soundproofing not good enough considering vicinity to airport and motorway. It says “airport shuttle” in the booking.com headline summary, however it doesn’t specify that there is €25 charge; it only mentions a charge if you scroll all the way down the long list of facilities, that I only did when told that there is a charge at check in. It wasn’t even a shuttle, but a normal taxi. VERY MISSLEADING.

Very clean hotel, friendly and efficient staff. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and, despite being by the motorway, it was very quiet (so much so, I slept until 2pm!). Great shower. Cold water dispenser on all floors and a small vending machine in reception. Good secure parking. Excellent location, just 15 mins from Bergamo airport (I used it as a hub to go to concerts at Lake Garda and Milan).

Nothing to do with the hotel. The road to it is in a poor state, so watch out for potholes. Derelict commercial buildings around.

Convenience of access to or from A4 Autostrada. Dalmine exit and it's only a couple of minutes away. Ample parking. Check in and out procedure was efficient, same lady, who was most helpful. Can't really comment further as it was simply a place to spend the night before starting our journey the next morning. Fuel station next door so ideal for filling up the rental car before returning it or topping up the tank for onward travel. Free water from dispensing machines. Despite being alongside the A4, the hotel is well soundproofed.

Cost was pretty excessive for what it is although it was a particularly busy weekend in Bergamo and demand was high. But it was October. Breakfast is optional but it will cost you €10 per person if you have one. As explained we spent little time there as we went out to eat after checking in, returned and slept the night and checked without delay in the morning. Hence, no further comments.

It was a very beautiful room, bathroom was clean so was the bed. The view was okay then again what are you expecting from a hotel right next to a highway, which brings me to my next point, not very noisy even with that massive highway right in front of it. Gym was nice too. Staff was nice.

Comfortable and relaxing room

Far from Bergamo centre and only accessible with taxi (bus are unreliable, they don't come very often; I have tried some walk too but I strongly suggest not to try as it's a dangerous area for pedestrians with obviously too many cars and very little pavement!). Yet I believe the location is interesting if you are on your way to or from the airport.

The airport shuttle was organized effectively. The hotel offered a free welcoming drink at the rooftop terrace. The hotel restaurant had very friendly service, and even though the restaurant space is fairly impersonal as it doubles as the breakfast room, the food was very good and prices reasonable. The hotel and the room were modern and up to date. The staff was extremely helpful and we felt very welcome.

The information about the airport shuttle could be clearer. It was mentioned on the website that the shuttle has to be booked before arrival, but there was no mention how much earlier. An email had to be sent to ask for a form to be filled out and sent back. This could be difficult if you're already on your holiday and only on your phone. Perhaps there could be a simpler way. I tried to write to the hotel through Booking.com messages but they couldn't organise it that way, but I contacted the hotel via email and it worked out that way. So in the end everything worked out fine.
