I needed to find somewhere to stay with late checkout as well as being pet friendly as I was travelling with my two dogs. The hotel we’re very accommodating, and they also extended my checkout until 2pm on Sunday. The hotel is also situated by a lake where I saw turtles and a beaver! This was a lovely and unexpected surprise! Just over the road was a lovely park where I could walk the dogs. After reading negative reviews on Google I was apprehensive but the accommodation exceeded my expectations and was perfect for one night for myself and the dogs!

On initial check in they were unable to confirm the late checkout the following day and I was unable to attend breakfast with the dogs but they did offer room service and later confirmed the late check out via phone the following morning.

Hotel located quite far from Milano center, but no problem to go there by public transport. Clean, pretty area with lake with fish, turtles, ducks...good breakfast, in the room there was coffee machine and free water. Good emergency system in the bathroom.

Small dissatisfaction with noise which was provoked some planes at the morning, probably, some airport not far from that place. Also, we paid for two people, but there were only one slippers.

We love the location and environment around with lot of trees, lakes, nature, sport center, etc .... Quite and room with amazing balcony facing on the lake. Nearby restaurants and markets. The room was extra large and look like recently renovates at least partially, is an old time hotel on the glories moment of Milan of '80s but still have a charme.

Easy access to linate airport - 10 min with Taxi. 15 min walk to Ospidale San Rafael. So for a meeting there it is very good. Single bedroom a bit on the smaller size but with all facilities. Friendly staff and perfect breakfast. The surrounding residencial area is interesing with separation of pediastrians and cars with bridges over the road.

We had a meeting at the hotel and there was a failure of the heating system. You needed a coat to enjoy the meeting.

Overall its clean and comfortable hotel with professional staff. It was close to the place I was gonna work. The place around was safe and nice to explore especially on the early hours of the day. You can get iron if you need as well.

After 20:00 it was almost impossible to found some market around. I would prefer there should be coffee machine, kettle and tea. Even beer should be served more than 1 bottle at minibar over at least 350mm and not on 1 short 250mm metallic glass. There should be more variety for snacks as well. The breakfast also was poor and it does not worth the price I get.

- oldish decoration and furniture; - restaurant closed while staying there; - a bit noisy ventilation system; - the bed mattress could have been more comfortable; - no extra blanket available in the room;

The hotel is very clean, rooms really spacious and bathrooms are also really spacious and well equipped. The location is great for families, in a safe area with a small Alej for a nice walk in the evening too If you’re not looking for a central located hotel in Milan, this is perfect.

The elevators are a bit small for families with luggages and a stroller. And there are too many stairs for strollers..

When I did ask the receptionist about where we could stay like a leisure area with sofas he told me only there on the hole in front the reception. I did go downstairs on -1 floor to find some Comfort. They should provide something a place to stay when people after check out stay there !

Very peaceful, safe location in a park-like setting and only a 15 minute taxi ride from Milano Centrale. There is also a bus/metro option for getting to the city center. It also has a lovely breakfast with lots of choices. Some amenities like small grocery stores are also walking distance.

It needs a little paint update to the outside of the building. The rooms had been updated, though.

The HVAC system was really noisy. It also did not keep the room cool. We asked the cleaning lady for help, and she could not fix it. She said she would contact maintenance, but no one came to work in it.
