The hotel is situated very near Central station in a surprisingly quiet location, staff is kind and helpful. We were very satisfied, and I can't recommend this hotel more!

The location of the hotel is great. Just 5 min walk to the Milano Centrale where you can take the train to other locations or the bus to the airport. The staff was really helpful, kind, and nice. The backyard has a beautiful garden where you can take your breakfast or relax. We were fortunate to have the room with a balcony that had a view towards the garden. The area around is beautiful with amazing architecture. Easy access to the metro station. If you ask the front desk you can get a hair drier and probably other amenities.

There was a gap below the entrance door which made the noises outside a bit too loud — but that did not affect our sleep as during the night it was quiet. The bathroom had a funny smell (but not that noticeable), and the bathroom door was really loud when opening which would wake up the partner during the night. The breakfast was good but not that much variety - more vegetables would have been nice.

The location is very good. Very close to Central station. The Hotel might be small but was very clean and comfortable. Definitely value for money and for 2 star ⭐ Hotel. The stuff was very helpful and friendly all of 3 receptionist we were staying at room 104 the room was without Balcony I have requested a room with balcony and the next day I was given what I asked for. Breakfast is very good was basic things but is more than enough. They are trying to give the maximum to their clients which is very important and I really like their way of view! They definitely knows how to keep their clients happy. This is the right way to run a hotel even with 2 start. And I believe that everyone who pays for something no matter how much, need a comfort and to be treated well. They do exactly this! Keep the good job guys! I am really glad that still exists such companies like your. Well Done! And I will definitely be returning one day!

Everything was great, the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Milano Central Station! I especially want to thank Ms. Jennifer, who works in the breakfast service — she is incredible. She’s been working there for 20 years and has such a strong work ethic and organizational skills, it’s truly rare to see! On top of that, it’s clear she loves her job — she does it with joy and a smile. It really made me happy to see someone like her! Also, praise goes to the gentleman from the Philippines who works at the reception — he has also been there for many years and is very professional! The same goes for the room cleaning staff — the entire hotel team is a 10/10! Hotel managers, if you're reading this — please reward them, they truly deserve it! Thanks again!

The location is quite good as the hotel is just less than 10 min walk from Milano Centrale, and it's also close to Metro lines, which makes it convenient to move around a big city such as Milan. The staff was friendly and very helpful every time I needed.

The breakfast could be better as there is no that much variety or alternatives. However, it's okay for a 2-star hotel, and it gives you the option to grab a coffee and a croissant at least before leaving the hotel 😉.

The hotel is closer to Milano Centrale Station and has a great number of restaurants, shops, and Il Mercato Centrale, which offers a variety of restaurants and typical food. The staff was sensational: cordial and sympathetic. The breakfast is normal but the items are fresh and tasty. On Saturday, there is a fair of natural products, clothes, and various other items. If using the car, parking is not available on those days.

The mattress is not very comfortable a little bit hard and the restroom's door doesn't close. The sound insulation was also not good and it was possible to listen to noise from external areas.

One of the best choices if you need 1-2 nights in central Milan (~0,5km). Very close to Milano centrale, and you can easily walk till Duomo & Galeries (~2,3 km) passing through Quadrilatero Della Moda, being a very pleasant walk at Christmas time, with all the buildings and streets in lights & glamour. The room was not too big, but very warm, clean white sheets and towels, and instant hot water at the shower. The breakfast was super, good quality coffee and pasticerria, being refilled in time for all for hotel guests. The reception personnel were very polite.

We had a triple room, and the beds were very close to each other and one of them right in front of the bathroom door. However this was not a big inconvenient, we stayed only one night.

Honestly, this was a very pleasant surprise. I didnt have high expectations regarding this hotel since we werent planning to stay too much indoors and we were leaving very early by train. That s why we needed a hotel very close to the railway station, 10 min walk at most. The included breakfast was a very nice suprise, more than enough for a good start of the day. Very warm, good water pressure, large enough room. Overall, a nice stay in Milan if you dont want fancy things and you just want to explore the city.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. We needed to keep the keys with us to access the building. It is in a building with other businesses. Other tenants were helpful and showed us how to exit the building after the concierge left. Just 150m to metro

The check in process was by my phone. Same day while we were travelling. I had changed my SIM card so the phone number was not known to my visa so I was unable to complete the check in process. I should have used WhatsApp to phone or text back to explain. The concierge in the building was helpful and phoned the owner for me so we could access the room. Need some information in the room about local places to eat

Excellent location, we had garden view room, so it was so quiet and unusual for city center and main station area. Breakfast was also great (really good espresso and brioches, but also we had cheese, ham, salami, cornflakes, milk, juices, fruits , pastries, butter, jam, nutella..)

The room was not really spacious, but for short stay it’s more than fine. The door for bathroom was like sliding door or even like screen, so you can’t feel 100% private in the bathroom
