1) The location is a key point because it is close to metro 1 🙂. 2) Very comfortable bed although the duvet was too light for the winter period. 3) Impeccable and warm reception staff. 4) Breakfast too great and magnificent 🤑 at the price especially the waffle machine. 5) Impeccable restaurant staff and make efforts to communicate in French or other depending on the country 👍. I highly recommend

1) Unfortunately only 1 person seen once at night speaking French which is a shame because we are in Europe. 2) housekeeping service late to make the rooms 1 p.m. 3) No bathrobe and shoes in the rooms which is not correct because as a traveler, we do not necessarily think to bring sandals 👡. 4) presence of limescale in the bidet and redoing the joints at the bathtub. 5) no drinking water in the room and even less in the fridge which I do not think is good for what we pay and for the hotel of this standing. 6) Duvet too light for the winter period. 7) Air conditioning too high for the period and too noisy. this is the minimum we expect when booking a room in this kind of hotel.

I liked very much everything about the property, it was execellent value for money, clean, great size rooms, great facilities including not least dinning room, shower/wet room and everything was immaculate and staff went above and beyond usually. Staff in particular really helpful, friendly and caring they was. Excellent customer service and care. Really phenomenal staff. Addressed all concerns & issues if had any and also helpful when a mosquito bite caused a big inflammation from one of the bites and helped to reduce swelling getting ice pack. They was perfect staff and dream staff you’d expect from a hotel! True pleasure of staying here. Also great security as well with secure gates and really excellent lobby.

If had one critique probably be location, is a bit out of the way and at least 11 stops, takes about a decent 30 minutes from hotel to City centre where all the sites are. So location is a bit distant from where the central part of Milano is of course but if you don’t mind a bit of a commute each day then ideally this is still pretty central for the hotel and the a lidl near by also and some other local restaurants & shops. So it’s still a great location despite it being 20-30 minutes from the centre

The accommodation is excellent, the staff is wonderful, but the maintenance of the bathroom is not up to the expected standard. The water does not drain quickly from the sink, and the same issue is present in the shower cabin. Around the shower cabin, there are accumulated deposits that have not been cleaned for a long time. It is necessary for the personnel responsible for hygiene and maintenance to do their job properly. Additionally, the room did not have slippers, nor any kind of toiletries set in the bathroom, such as a shower cap, makeup remover sticks, cotton pads, a sewing kit, etc. – all the items that are typically expected in a hotel room.

We prefer this hotel because it is possible to rest after a long day's drive - Southern Germany - Milan. The rooms are well air-conditioned. Soundproofing is good and you practically do not hear sounds from the corridor, and this is important. The beds are not bad, but the pillows are a matter of taste. If you arrive very late, then on the ground floor there is a minibar with a microwave. There are local restaurants and chain stores nearby. Parking is convenient. The staff is well trained. For a comfortable rest in the cool for 1-2 nights - you will not find better in Milan. We never went for breakfast and had breakfast in the city - there were too many negative reviews. This is a very convenient place for a short transit vacation, but if you are looking for Italian charm, then you need to choose a villa, of which there are plenty in the city and the surrounding area.

Great location 100 m from metro with direct line to Duomo. Free parking with plenty of room - perfect when you come with a car and want to explore Milan city center by metro. Easy to access by car. Good room. Nice dinner in restaurant

Weird smell in the hall near the rooms (we could not identify, whether it was food smell or cleaning chemicals smell). No smell in the room though. Too loud conditioner. Tried to turn it off, but after 15 min it automatically turns on again.

The hotel we stayed at was conveniently located near the central tourist location, which made it an ideal choice for our trip. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff who provided us with all the necessary information and made our check-in process very smooth. The room we stayed in was spacious, well-furnished and impeccably clean, which instantly made us feel comfortable and at home. The parking area was also large enough to accommodate our vehicle, which was very convenient. Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant and enjoyable, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

Overall, the hotel is nice, clean with very friendly and responsive staff, we had a dog with us and they accepted it without a problem. The breakfast is the same every day. Even before we arrived, I asked about vegan options and they told me that there were. During all four days there was a vegan croissant and nothing else. The coffee was terrible for Italy.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were really friendly. The beds were very comfy and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel is located near a metro station which made it very easy to travel into the centre of Milan. The receptionist was very helpful and gave us all the details of Milan including Navigli (a must visit).

Breakfast needs a bit more variety and more staff. There needs to be more hot vegetarian options.

The hotel is quite modern. Reception is open 24 hours. It is important, if you are travelling by car from southern Spain or France. Good air conditioning system. It is not as noisy as in some hotels. Good soundproofing of the room. Possibility to warm up a light dinner in the microwave if you arrive very late in the evening and do not want to go to nearby pizzerias. Safe parking, especially if there is a lot of luggage in the car. Good opportunity to get to the city center by metro in 10-15 minutes. If you are not looking for Italian charm and glitz, but you are looking for a modern, cool and comfortable room for 1-2 nights, then this hotel is what you need.

The hotel is located in a residential area. Getting there by car from the Milan ring road is not difficult, but sometimes you have to drive through strange residential areas.
