Great location. Very close to railway station and metro station. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Friendly staff.

The hotel is a little outdated. The room we stayed in was very small. The bathroom is even smaller. The breakfast could use some variety.

It was close to the main train station and metro, great restaurants nearby. The breakfast was amazing! The sheets and towels very clean.

It could have be a little bit more clean (the floor looked clean, but my socks turned grey from white after 20 mins with no flip flops). also the cleaner that they are using to clean the floors in the room has a strong smell. It was a nice smell, but too strong. the walls were repaired, but not painted after the repair in some spots. There was a lot of dust on the velux window in the bathroom (when you open it and it cames down, the dust is the first thing you see). The doors could be changed, 0 soundproof.

It was very close to central train station. It was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was very nice. The price was excellent, if you are looking for cheap, clean, comfort this is it, it is very small. My kids rooms (they are young adults) were very nice and updated on the second and third floor.

I questioned myself and reviews when we first pulled up, it is very tiny, down a small side street with a lot of construction work. I felt that it seemed sketchy and not safe neighborhood, we had hired a driver from airport to hotel, he said it’s ok. The pictures made the hotel seem bigger. It is small. The room is small. My husband and I stayed on the first floor our room was not as nice as the kids, our wallpaper was peeling.

The location of hotel is perfect.You can go to the tran satın in 5 minutes on foot.The room smells fresh and it is clean.There is a market named penny and it is cheap yoy can buy what you need.There are restaurants where you can have lunch and dinner.If you want to do sport,there is a gym opposite.Staffs are very kind.They clean room daily and change towel if you want.Breakfast is delicious and rich.After breakfast,you start a fresh and new day

The shampoo smells bad.There isnt a shower kit in our room

Staying at Hotel Bolzano was a great experience. The check in staff were very nice. They went above and beyond, by letting me borrow an adapter plug when mine stopped working. The lobby is lovely, with lots of marble. The location is just steps away from Milano Centrale, which was very convenient. There are a lot of restaurants, etc. within walking distance too. My room was nice and spacious, with two beds.

Perhaps more English channels on the TV would be nice. The bed was just a little bit hard, but I prefer really soft beds.

Nice staff. They close the door at nights for safety and they have someone 24/7 in the reception (they open the door for you at night). It is close to Centrale station and there is a supermarket in front of the hotel. Also there are many nice places to eat nearby.

Little soundproof rooms. Also there are some unavoidable steps (little stairs) so maybe it is not fully accessible for example, for people with wheelchairs.

Hotel Bolzano is a 5-minute walk from Milan Central Train Station, a very convenient location for us who traveled by train. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel for food. There are also cafes and a supermarket across the street from the hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were comfortable and clean.

It would have been nice if we had a coffee maker in the room. That way we can make tea or coffee without having to go to the lobby or across the street.

The location is perfect! Only few min walk to the Central Station, short walk to the metro, loads of bars and cafes in the area and decent grocery shop opposite the hotel. Hotel itself was decent given the price and location. Staff was super friendly and helpful, beds very comfortable. No issues with housekeeping.

For what we needed this hotel was perfect but have to admit it looks a bit tired, aircon was working but it took ages to cool down the room and most importantly the rooms are quite dark. the light was really bad. Our room had balcony so we did our makeup there , but some of the other girls from our group didn’t have balcony so it was slight struggle getting ready. The balcony we had (1st floor) was facing the road, luckily hotel is located on one of the side roads so it wasn’t noisy. HOWEVER, that balcony was very untidy with some old cigarettes buds swept in one corner, that didn’t bother us too much but it wasn’t a good look.

The hotel facade masks what’s inside. The lobby, though a bit tiny, all the way to the room is very clean. Elevator is small. The room fits the bed just enough. No coffee maker, just a small fridge. Bathroom is big, however, and really nice. Hot water is not a problem. About 3 minute walk to Metro and about 6-7 minute walk to Milano Centrale. There is an underground walk from Centrale to the Metro exit close to the hotel and you don’t need to walk and cross the streets above. There’s a grocery store (Penny) fronting the hotel. Staff were all very kind. Special mention is Amin and Alex, who answered all our questions and allowed us to keep our luggage after check out until we took it at 9PM before we left Milan. The housekeeping was honest and even kept few pieces of clothes my wife left in the room and gave it to us when we went back to get our things. This hotel is recommended for short stay. Bed and pillows are ok.

Rooms are a bit small. Just enough space to walk around the bed.

Jonathan checked us in. brilliant member of staff, went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable from check in through to check out.

1 male member of staff quite rude and abrupt when I spoke to him regarding an issue the bedroom door lock. Tried blaming us for the door not working when actually it was there issue as the batteries wasn't connected to the door properly. if it hadn't of been for this staff member I would have given a 10 instead of an 8.
