Great location. Very close to railway station and metro station. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Friendly staff.

The hotel is a little outdated. The room we stayed in was very small. The bathroom is even smaller. The breakfast could use some variety.

The room was somewhat smaller than I expected, but not much. It is an older hotel, comfortable but not luxury. The beds were comfortable but only had one pillow each. We didn't find the stash of extra pillows/blankets until the day we left (hidden compartment above the hanging rack). The bathroom was great and the shower was excellent! It was a very short walk from the train station and close to a metro. The front desk staff was great and held our luggage for us after checkout. All in all, we'd stay there again!

We couldn't get the a/c very cold, but I think it might not have been turned on yet as it was the end of April. The one pillow on the bed, but that was probably our fault as we didn't find the stash of extra pillows and blankets until the next day.

The hotel is great value for money. Very convenient location and safe. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfy and so was the pillow. Many people comment that the rooms are small but I found the size standard for Italy and Europe in general esp for single sized room. They allow luggage storage after check out which is super convenient. My room was ready early and they allowed early check in. My room had a double doors so even though I was next to the elevator it was not loud at night. All in all perfect for my weekend stay.

The cleaning staff would try to enter to clean the room without knocking which I found weird but my door was locked anyways so it was fine.

It was close to the main train station and metro, great restaurants nearby. The breakfast was amazing! The sheets and towels very clean.

It could have be a little bit more clean (the floor looked clean, but my socks turned grey from white after 20 mins with no flip flops). also the cleaner that they are using to clean the floors in the room has a strong smell. It was a nice smell, but too strong. the walls were repaired, but not painted after the repair in some spots. There was a lot of dust on the velux window in the bathroom (when you open it and it cames down, the dust is the first thing you see). The doors could be changed, 0 soundproof.

It was very close to central train station. It was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was very nice. The price was excellent, if you are looking for cheap, clean, comfort this is it, it is very small. My kids rooms (they are young adults) were very nice and updated on the second and third floor.

I questioned myself and reviews when we first pulled up, it is very tiny, down a small side street with a lot of construction work. I felt that it seemed sketchy and not safe neighborhood, we had hired a driver from airport to hotel, he said it’s ok. The pictures made the hotel seem bigger. It is small. The room is small. My husband and I stayed on the first floor our room was not as nice as the kids, our wallpaper was peeling.

The location of hotel is perfect.You can go to the tran satın in 5 minutes on foot.The room smells fresh and it is clean.There is a market named penny and it is cheap yoy can buy what you need.There are restaurants where you can have lunch and dinner.If you want to do sport,there is a gym opposite.Staffs are very kind.They clean room daily and change towel if you want.Breakfast is delicious and rich.After breakfast,you start a fresh and new day

The shampoo smells bad.There isnt a shower kit in our room

Staying at Hotel Bolzano was a great experience. The check in staff were very nice. They went above and beyond, by letting me borrow an adapter plug when mine stopped working. The lobby is lovely, with lots of marble. The location is just steps away from Milano Centrale, which was very convenient. There are a lot of restaurants, etc. within walking distance too. My room was nice and spacious, with two beds.

Perhaps more English channels on the TV would be nice. The bed was just a little bit hard, but I prefer really soft beds.

Nice staff. They close the door at nights for safety and they have someone 24/7 in the reception (they open the door for you at night). It is close to Centrale station and there is a supermarket in front of the hotel. Also there are many nice places to eat nearby.

Little soundproof rooms. Also there are some unavoidable steps (little stairs) so maybe it is not fully accessible for example, for people with wheelchairs.

The “refrigerator” was nothing but a small cabinet which kept items at room temperature. I was told that this was “normal,” and that if I wanted to refrigerate any items, I could take them downstairs to the kitchen! Also, the window could not be opened, so I got no natural light as it was impossible to open the shutters.

Hotel Bolzano is a 5-minute walk from Milan Central Train Station, a very convenient location for us who traveled by train. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel for food. There are also cafes and a supermarket across the street from the hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were comfortable and clean.

It would have been nice if we had a coffee maker in the room. That way we can make tea or coffee without having to go to the lobby or across the street.
