I have only good things to say about the personnel here! I felt very welcome they were very helpful! Particularly the person handling the reception in the morning with his dog, very calm and very sweet, deserves a raise. I was also allowed to leave my bags with them either before the checking and after as well. the room while tiny had everything you would need for your stay and the bathroom was big and comfty. The bed comfortable too, and nice breakfast.

Unfortunately I booked the room in August here where they had no air conditioning and no fan inside the room. My room was facing the Main Street so all throughout the night it was very noisy and not just from the cars but from the tram as well. If you close the windows they did a good job of isolating from the noise, but if you close the window in August you would suffocate during the night, so I had to sleep with the windows open and ear plugs and still it was noisy.

Large, clean rooms close to the metro station (lines 3 and 5). Splendid breakfast and private parking. My first impression when booking the hotel was that it would be closer to the Duomo than it actually was. However, the excellent public transportation network made it feel as if it would have been right downtown. Excellent hotel for vacationing and job gigs that do not require you to work much from the hotel. Very friendly service staff with a ”can do” attitude. Would stay here again.

The hotel had no restaurant of it’s own meaning that the day needed to be planned in a way that the last stop on the way back to the hotel would be either dinner or at least a late night snack.

Very well located hotel, 1 minute from the metro station. Clean room, with minibar, coffee maker, kettle, coffee and tea capsules. You don't have to pay extra for the contents of the minibar. They are refilled every day. The bathroom is of a decent size, towels and toiletries are included in the room. The room is cleaned and towels are changed every day, the cleanliness is very good. The staff is attentive, communicative. They constantly ask if everything was okay. They also listened to our requests at breakfast and tried to fulfill them. I am very satisfied and I recommend the accommodation to everyone!

There is also a tram on the street next to the hotel. Those who are not deep sleepers will hear the tram in the morning, but this is not the hotel's fault, just an observation for those who are more sensitive to environmental noise during their rest. The walls of the hotel are quite thin, so loud noises can be heard, but this did not take anything away from the enjoyment for us.

I stayed 5 days in the Zara Hotel Milano. Small hotel, but very nice and comfortable. Very good location in quite area, close to Zara Metro station and in 10-12 minutes walk to Milano Pota Garibaldi railway station. Very рolite, nice and friendly staff (reception and breakfast). A very good breakfast with a choice of fresh bread, ham, salami, cheese, pastries, yogurt, fruits, etc. and with the Best Cappuccino in the World. I booked a room with a single bed. The room is not big but comfortable, clean and in the room are all needed.

The service was mega friendly and helpful. I could ask for advice about the city and other things. The breakfasts were also delicious and the staff there were also very nice. Water and a kettle with tea in the room were free, which is rare in hotels in Italy. The metro stop is literally opposite.

The room was very small, as was the shower. You can hear the trams opposite. However, the biggest drawback for me was the price. It was definitely obvious that this is a 3-star hotel, and the entire cost is due to the location of the facility.

The selling point of the hotel was its proximity to Lombardy Congress Hall where I was attending an event and price/quality ratio. The hotel is also conveniently located close to metro station. The absolutely amazing staff made the stay enjoyable - if you want to get best tips for eating really good nearby - do not hesitate to ask at the reception! I am super thankful - they made my dinner choices unforgettable. The breakfast was nice and had enough selection to start a day.

The room had absolutely everything one might need for a business trip, however, the premises might benefit from a little bit of updating. Overall, nothing to complain about, especially given the price/quality ratio.

Nice functional and clean room. The breakfast was very nice, with a good selection of options and proper coffee. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the location, while not right in the centre is a walkable distance, or right next to the metro station. In addition the price was very reasonable for somewhere perfectly nice and near the centre.

For the price, nothing was particularly negative. It is quite a small hotel, so there isn’t a lounge area and a place to relax, although there is a small garden.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, right next to a metro station. The room was very nice, with all the basic amenities, very clean as well. Breakfast was great with many options, including great coffee, fruits, cereals, bread, cheeses, sausages, vegetables, cakes etc. Staff were more than welcoming and helpful. I was first in a room that wasn't quiet enough for my liking and they moved me to another much quieter room with no issues. There's someone at the front desk 24/7.

There was one incident were I came back to the hotel at around 1am, and the gate was closed. I tried calling and ringing the bell and there was no answer for 10 minutes. Eventually a staff member arrived and told me he had to go help one of the guests in their room and this is why he wasn't at the reception. Which is understandable and can happen. Also, the shower door didn't fully close in my bathroom, so some water did come out whenever I showered. Some of the rooms aren't very quiet due to thin walls.

The hotel location was ideal for transport links such as Centrale station, metro stop Zara is right outside and there is also a tram on the street. It is also a walkable distance into the centre of Milan. The room had everything we needed including a fridge, coffee machine, safe and hairdryer. The bed was comfy and the shower was good. The staff were amazing, so friendly, welcoming and were always there to help with anything. The breakfast was excellent and had a good range of food and drinks. I would recommend this property to anyone and I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Milan.

You just have to make sure you pull your room door shut to make sure it is locked/closed

Amazing staff! Amedeo and Sarah and the whole staff were fantastic. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Friendly suggestions of where to visit in Milan. Helped us with our luggage. Brought out plates and glasses to garden to have an aperitif. Just super super nice. The breakfast was better than many four and five star hotels. Excellent location across the street from two direct lines into the city center
