Getting to the hotel was very convenient, thanks to the shuttle service from Linate Airport. The bus dropped us off at the central station, just a short 6 minute walk from the hotel. Although we arrived before the official check-in time, we were warmly welcomed by a kind and helpful bellhop who assisted us with our luggage. I had requested both early check-in and late check-out in advance, and the accommodating staff arranged everything promptly. They also provided extra pillows upon request. The room matched the description perfectly clean, comfortable, and just as advertised. The housekeeping staff were professional, polite, and always ready to help. A special mention goes to the bellhops, who significantly enhanced our stay by offering great tips on places to visit, directions, and restaurant recommendations. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the city using public transport, which was both efficient and affordable. Overall, it was an excellent experience, one that makes us look forward to returning to this beautiful city and its warm, welcoming people.

We stayed in Room 410, close to the elevator, and overlooking a greenspace and the west side of the train station. Any sound was muffled, overridden by the "white sound" of the powerful air conditioning system which kept us comfortable on a 30C hot day and evening. Great location within easy walking distance of Milan Central train station. Good breakfast and pleasant, helpful staff at the front desk and front door. They'll get a cab, recommend a food store and suggest good restaurants.This upbeat hotel had chique decor and always played quiet music in the hallways. Good air conditioning, clean room, and bathroom. You can walk (35 minutes) or take a cab (15-20 minutes) to the Duomo a few kms away. If using the yellow subway line to get to the Duomo piazza be aware for the ever present lurking pick pockets. Overall, a very comfortable 2 night stay.

Be aware there are 15 or so stairs up to the front entrance door, and no ramp we could see. A staff member may be present to help with bags in or out the front door and up/down the stairs. Also, be aware of curved stairs leading to the 2 main floor elevator entrances at the front door. With or without bags, a misstep could result in slips,trips, or falls. There is another set of elevators adjacent to reception with no steps and a flat floor that guests can use.

The room vas always very clean. Everyday new bottle of water was received. There’s a coffee machine in the room and the tea. The view was amazing! On Milano Centrale. There were blackout curtains so the lighting from the street or window was not visible during night. After check-out the door man helped with the luggage. Breakfast contained enough food, fruits, coffee as also nice. There’s a nice picture on a wall. And design of a hotel just amazing.

When it was cold in the room I asked for additional blanket, one women on reception said they don’t have it, but when I asked again I’ve got an additional blanked from other person on reception. Also, heating was not working first, but after 2 complains about it the problem was resolved. Different people on reception resolve issues differently. It’s not a big issue, but don’t want to go and ask about heating multiple times. If a problem is still there just try to ask another person.

Everything was great. Great location if you're using the train to other cities as it's 100 yards from the Central rail station. The tram is right outside the front door to take you into the centre. The room was beautiful with the most comfortable bed and pillows. The staff were ever so friendly especially the guy on the door who gave us great recommendation to nearby reasonably priced restaurants. The cocktails in the bar were top class at a good price of 10 euros and a very personable barman.Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back. Breakfast was excellent. Thank you for a great stay!

All good...no negatives

Location is perfectly located opposite to the Milan Central Station, easy to get to airport and other parts of the city by metro and tram, all are just a step away. There’s shops, supermarket and restaurants in the station and nearby. Room is in adequate size and modern design. They have restaurant and bar so you don’t need to go outside if you arrive late in the evening which is a plus. There is a luggage store shop (by Bounce) next to the hotel, we store our big luggage there while going to Cinque Terre. Plenty common area with indoor and outdoor seating as well as a terrace on the 5th floor

As it’s close to the tram terminal, you will expect some tram noise but not very frequent and it’s fine for me

The hotel is very close to the central station, you can quickly leave by train. We arrived from Bergamo Airport and arrived at the hotel by bus. The bus station is very close to the hotel. We walked 7 minutes on foot. Very convenient. There is a tram stop 5 meters from the hotel, you can go everywhere very quickly and conveniently to the center of Milan and further around the city. The breakfast is very good. Everything is very clean. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable beds, very good blankets and comfortable pillows. I liked everything very much. We left for Milan airport by train. It took 5 minutes on foot. We bought tickets 1 day in advance without any problems. The hotel staff is very nice, if I'm in Milan I'll probably stay there again!

Well, it's hard to imagine what I didn't like. The only thing I didn't like were the sculptures that stand in front of the hotel and inside, but that's a matter of taste. It was also very nice to sit outside in the garden, but other guests smoked, I don't smoke, so I didn't like it. However, it was a windy evening, so I didn't suffer much from the smoke.

Clean modern bedroom with complimentary tea and coffee, Very comfortable bed. Great location right beside Grand Centrale. On finding the hotel we were greeted by the loveliest staff at the bottom of the steps. They immediately offered to carry our bags up which was very welcome in the heat of the day and after travelling for hours on end. They are lovely and they were always there with smiling faces. They gave us some great restaurant recommendations. They are a credit to this hotel.

Everything was 100% excellent, lovely staff. Comfy bed. Our only gripe is, we are mad at ourselves for not staying longer.

The hotel is in a great location as we arrived by train from the airport. There are stairs up to the reception but there was a gentleman assisting people as needed. The hotel are able to look after luggage if you need which is handy. Breakfast was a great selection and we used the gym facilities. Super close to the Mercato Centrale food markets as well which we visited a lot! The gym is very small but has enough to do a modified weights session and they provided water in the gym which was fab.

The rooftop ‘bar’ is a little misleading as it is a terrace which you can take your drinks up to, but not an actual bar up the top. The terrace was not in use by any guests during the time we stayed there - but that’s likely because there are many beautiful hospitality spots around/on the subway nearby.

We stayed 4 nights with breakfast. Hotel is across the road from Central Station where trains, metro and buses are located so perfectly situated. We have nothing but praise for this hotel. The bell boys are so helpful and courteous when entering and leaving. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of options. Nice restaurant with plenty of space. Very good bar with music and snacks included with drinks at happy hour. Our room was facing the station and was so comfortable and had everything you need and little extras like cartons of water left each day.

I wrote the hotel during reservation to arrange a quite room.The hotel staff kindly arranged a wonderful room: i heard nothing about city noise( tramway, train even it is just 5 min away to Centrale FS. Breakfast were amazing:The continental breakfast with fresh fruits, pastries, meat, cheeses, breakfast cereal and selection of cooked veggies and eggs. As I stayed for 6 nights , my luggage was heavy but doorman were helpful to carry it every time smilingly. I would stay here again when I visit Milan again.Thank you all.
