The room vas always very clean. Everyday new bottle of water was received. There’s a coffee machine in the room and the tea. The view was amazing! On Milano Centrale. There were blackout curtains so the lighting from the street or window was not visible during night. After check-out the door man helped with the luggage. Breakfast contained enough food, fruits, coffee as also nice. There’s a nice picture on a wall. And design of a hotel just amazing.

When it was cold in the room I asked for additional blanket, one women on reception said they don’t have it, but when I asked again I’ve got an additional blanked from other person on reception. Also, heating was not working first, but after 2 complains about it the problem was resolved. Different people on reception resolve issues differently. It’s not a big issue, but don’t want to go and ask about heating multiple times. If a problem is still there just try to ask another person.

We stayed 4 nights with breakfast. Hotel is across the road from Central Station where trains, metro and buses are located so perfectly situated. We have nothing but praise for this hotel. The bell boys are so helpful and courteous when entering and leaving. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of options. Nice restaurant with plenty of space. Very good bar with music and snacks included with drinks at happy hour. Our room was facing the station and was so comfortable and had everything you need and little extras like cartons of water left each day.

I wrote the hotel during reservation to arrange a quite room.The hotel staff kindly arranged a wonderful room: i heard nothing about city noise( tramway, train even it is just 5 min away to Centrale FS. Breakfast were amazing:The continental breakfast with fresh fruits, pastries, meat, cheeses, breakfast cereal and selection of cooked veggies and eggs. As I stayed for 6 nights , my luggage was heavy but doorman were helpful to carry it every time smilingly. I would stay here again when I visit Milan again.Thank you all.

Location was perfect as next to metro/train station. Got a coach for 12 euros from Bergamo airport to the train station. So was a super quick walk to the hotel (literally 5 minutes.) Made it really easy to get around Milan, including the spa and san siro. The hotel gave us cake in our room as we went as a birthday present, which was really nice. Room size was good, bathroom was nice, had dressing gowns and slippers in the wardrobe. Breakfast had sausages, bacon, eggs, croissants, etc. Staff were helpful, checking in and out was easy and quick, felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Would recommend, especially due to location.

Was expensive but I guess that’s to be expected staying in Milan. Would still recommend though.

The NYX hotel experience exceeded my expectations. It was a pleasant stay, in a large and clean room ( cleaning service available every day). We enjoyed the really hot showers in the evening, when we were coming back tired, after a whole day walk tour. We had water, coffee and tea in the room, at our disposal. The hotel is near the Milano Central Station and it has a quick connection with the city center, due to direct metro line M3. We also walked by foot - approximately 43 minutes to the Dome.

There were no negative aspects related to our stay at NYX. We appreciate the friendly staff who made us enjoy our stay. Still, there is a piece of information for those who will use the triple room - the third bed is not very comfortable - it may be good for a kid, but not for an adult, it was really rigid.

The hotel is centrally located with the Metro station directly opposite it. The hotel is also surrounded by many delicious restaurants that serve a variety of food if you're getting tired of pasta and pizza. The room was spacious enough for our family of 3 and our luggage. The breakfast had good options, however they served the same items everyday which could be monotonous.

The bed was too soft for our liking and often felt like you were sinking in it. We opted to hire a car since we were travellimg with a child and unfortunately there were no available parking at the hotel or in the road. If you were to park at the hotel, it would cost you €29 a night, or if you used the international parking around the corner, you will be required to spend €25. While I understand the need for lower carbon emissions in the city, I think this should have been mentioned beforehand when you make the booking at the hotel.

we stayed twice at this hotel with 6 days interval, ordering specifically a twin beds room, . at the first stay i emailed the hotel before stating that we will check up very late, when we arrived to the hotel, we found out that they did not reserve a twin bed room for us, and one of us had to sleep on the sofa, which was hard as rocks. We got the twin beds room only the second night. Moreover, I discovered the firs night of our second stay, that i have been charged twice for the first stay, the manager was very apologetic and rectified the error, but still both errors should not have happened. As a small reparation for the first night error, we got 2 vouchers for a free drink at the bar which, in my opinion, was not enough in order to compensate for sleeping very poorly on this awful sofa

We stayed in a junior suite for two nights in March. The weather wasn't great but the room and hotel were. The room was well equipped and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and there were some complimentary items supplied by the hotel. It's in an ok location depending on what you're after, you can get to most places via the metro which is just outside the hotel but we thought the nicer area (and where we would stay if we visited Milan again) was down towards Navigli.

There wasn't a view from our room but that wasn't an issue.

I loved everything! The staff in the hotel are amazing at their jobs, they are so welcoming and lovely. My room was gorgeous, it had the most beautiful city view where I got to watch the sunrise and sunsets. It was so clean and the staff who look after the rooms are sooo good at their job. My bed was so comfy. The hotel itself is so clean and the breakfast was brilliant, there's something for everyone and the coffee is soooo good. I had a burger one evening I was there. I had a really long day sight seeing and came back and had the most delicious burger. The little garden/Smoking area is fab! I enjoyed many bottles of Corona and the cocktails they make they are to die for. The hotel is in such a central location. The train station and metro is right across and the trams and busses stop outside. Couldn't have asked for better on my solo trip. I will definitely be back to this hotel. 10/10 for everything.

Centrally located. Good ar-con. The weather (August) was over 32C (90f) so we enjoyed returning to the cool hotel and rooms with efficient, easy to control AC. The hotel was very clean. Fridge and coffee machine in the room. Choice of soft pillows available. Comfy bed. Bathroom bidet. The staff were all courteous and efficient Reasonable bar prices with complimentary bar snacks from 6pm. Best pizza ever from the bar.

From 6.30 pm, throbbing, furious disco music in the bar and garden - far too loud - an unpleasant conversation-stopper! We made sure we did not remain in the hotel after 6:30 as there was no quiet lounge area. Plumbing - the shower temperature wandered from too hot to too cold and the slightest movement of the shower control tap (1mm) made a dramatic temperature change. Shower door leaked onto the bathroom floor (room 424). No night-light in the bathroom. No face cloths or robes. Limited cupboard space. Anti-theft clothes hangars.(Grrrr!)
