We stayed in the Durini apartment, which had recently been refurbished to the highest spec. It was immaculate and had everything you needed from hairdryer, exquisite toiletries to a fantastic kitchen with dishwasher! The apartment has a metro station right outside. We were 16 minutes direct from the apartment to Linate airport. The hotel next door ‘Milano Pierre’ issue you with the keys to the apartments. They also kept our luggage on the day we checked out until it was time to go to the airport. From the apartment you are 10-15 minutes walk one way to the centre and 10-15 minutes walk the other way to the canal where all the fantastic bars and restaurants are. I could not fault this apartment (Durini) in any way in terms of location and standards. We will definitely return.

I stayed in the apartments for two nights and really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious with a nice view from the window. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was warm. I also appreciated the coffee machine, kettle, and the stylish interior, which made the space feel cozy.

There were a couple of things that I think should be addressed. First, water from the shower spilled onto the floor, and I had to use a towel to dry it up. Second, I understand that these are serviced apartments, but it would be great if someone checked the room at least once a day to refill coffee capsules and replace used towels.

Loved the apartment. Clean, spacious, air con was a bonus. Comfy bed. Coffee machine. Good shower. Loved having 24 hour reception as we arrived/checked out in the middle of the night Location is great, a short walk or metro ride into the centre. A nice bakery close by.

I would have liked to have had an iron or some way to press my clothes. The bed is very short. Im 5 ft 4in and my feet were almost at the end. Wasn't a problem for me, but tall people may struggle!

Had some issues with wifi but these were addressed promptly by staff. At the moment a metro station is being built right in front (Dei Amici) which means the sidewalk is somewhat dug up and many trucks and cranes etc but this was only a minor inconvenience.

the rooms well really neat and well laid out. the spar was a good treat for my kids. the cleaning staff were really friendly and supportive. the neighbourhood was also quite interesting and near public transportation which was good.

the location would have been completely wonderful but for the construction taking place right in front. wouldn't blame them for that though but it was an inconvenience with cars unable to drive up to the building. Also they need to do better on the entrance to the building arrangement, several times we had to wait to get in and the person at the buzzer wasn't available.

The staff at the associated hotel was very helpful giving a great recommendation for dinner and arranging a taxi for us upon departure. The apartment was beautiful.

Due to construction the area was more challenging to navigate through with suitcases. Also, quite a lot of graffiti both on temporary construction walls and permanent. It’s a bit of a hike to sights, but not too bad.

Great apartment! We stayed with a baby and they were very helpful and set up a nice cot for us. The staff were nice and the bed was very comfortable! There was no washing machine in the apartment but the staff took our laundry and did it for us free of charge, it came back folded and clean- great service!

The apartment is great and big! Very good for traveling for work for several days/weeks. Confortable bed, big restroom, big shower, good kitchen, closet...

The building is very old and doesn't match the apartment. We were surprised when we arrived at the building, it looks like an office building without enough maintenance; but once you are inside the apartment you forget thew ugly building. Also, there was a big construction just outside the building that I'm sure will take long to finish, take that into account if you plan to sleep until late.

The location and staff were great. There was not a washing machine in our suite, as stated in the room amenities, but the Hotel laundered our clothes.

There was no housekeeping service during our 4 night stay. No kettle in our room and we had to get one from the Hotel. Our microwave oven broke down twice. The second time it froze was the morning we had to depart for the train. Our breakfast was stuck in there and we could not get any help at 5am. The internet connection was quite slow and unreliable. We had to use our phone's data most of the time.

Ultra modern smart facility and spacious, really loved the apartment. I stayed in Duomo. The staff were nice and helpful too, breakfast was good. I had no issues…

At the time of booking, It was not included that their was ‘ no cleaning service’ so I met waste from the previous day on my return next day. However the apartment were quick to send a cleaner to give me clean towels and take the waste after I called. Suggestion: it should be included during the time of booking that cleaning is not included and state what sort of cleaning service the apartments have access to.
